As i said. I know what i saw. Regardless ,even if you went the route you were talking about, it makes little to no difference since i never lost sight of you. I could have even suspected you for evading at that rate..
And even if you went in the route you said, it would still NOT take you more than 5 minutes to get on the highway i pulled you over. So your argument is useless whatsoever.

The truth is this isnt even about the route, this is about the fact that you have REFUSED TO COMPLY as shown in your own chatlog with direct and LEGAL orders of a police officer to PAY YOUR TICKET. I have officer PulseEffect as a witness that you have failed to comply.
Also, you could also have headed from Los Santos to San Fierro it would NEVER take you 15 minutes to do so. Even if you followed the route you are insisting on it still have taken you less than two minutes. I was following you the whole time trying to pull you over as you speeded and kept driving recklessly ignoring your lane and smashing road signs. So please stop going off topic : You wont deny the fact that the actions i have taken are legal and justified. Failure to comply is just as evading - regardless if the reason is valid or not valid, it will make you guilty.

What are you... Why are you lying? Those two officers that have arrived in a squad car started shooting your tires with their guns, and then i yelled to them to cease fire as i didnt see you as a threat. Once again PulseEffect can confirm this.

Refusal to comply is not following a legal order of a police officer. When you evade - your crime becomes valid regardless if it was valid before or not. Same case with refusal to comply, which removes your investigation right.

Speaking of my impatience. I could have warned you only once and already suspected you, and i would have still done nothing wrong. At this point, i have warned you a lot of times but you havent complied, and i took action.

Final statment:


Officer Max was acused of the following:

/su abuse, didn't proceed correctly after /gu



He didn't su abuse as you really refused to comply as seen from the logs, and LVPD is considered the nearest local department same as LSPD and the incident happened on the highway between both, therefore I don't think he wanted to waste your time and report is closed, you can further report him for invalid ticketing but you'll need evidance to approve your statment


Investgation closed, officer Max is not charged of any violation breaks.
