what sort of ethics are we talking about here? It is as simple as that: I wondered if i could re-apply therefor i asked for the highest rank available to grant me the permission to do so, which currently is Legend, since when the Chief is away, the Deputy Cheif becomes the head of the departament, therefor, Marcus is away right now, so Legend was the way to go.

He is the acting Chief as of 2 days ago.

I'm sorry if you see any abuse over here, because i dont, as i said before i simply contacted the highest ranked person here. Even if you were the VCPD Deputy Chief and Legend was the FBI director, i would contact you in that case.
In any case, i want to notify you of possible total inactivity due to the fact that we have a virus outbreak in Lithuania. Thousands have already been hospitalized, many schools were temporarily closed. First death  records were released. It didnt reach our town yet, but i do infact feel sick. Therefor please be notified in case i suddenly go inactive.

First of all a note of apology for us not fully updating all our systems. We've been keeping tabs on many individuals that have passed through this process and at times it can get fairly heavy.

We, like before, are absolutely willing to give you a fair and completely identical recruitment opportunity alike to so many others that have come before and will go through in the future. The main problem which has let you down time and again is your attitude and the way that you respond to people. You've recognised that yourself, which is good. I understand that this reaction may be urged by things going on around you, here or in real life, but always people will look at you by the way that you act, not usually stopping to think why you might be acting in such a manner. After all, some behaviour is inexcusable and despite what others around you are doing it is up to you to maintain your composure and hold good judgement. I am not saying that you are always to blame or that the other side is the right side, but let others look bad for themselves and face the consequences, why be a part of it.

I thought I would drop you a message that has been said in different ways more than once, but hope you will heed. I wouldn't want to repeat it, especially as I know that you have positivity, just need to use it in the right way.
