Resignation - Sergeant Aly

Unfortenately I've got some serious problems with my internet which will make it imposible to maintain good activity any time soon, also I'm having really stressfll time at school, and I need to direct all my focus and attention to that at the current time, so due to  that and other reasons I wish to keep to myself,  I'm hereby resigning from SAPD. But before leaving I'd like to leave some messages for certain groups:


SFPD Members: You are a great group, full of potentional, each one of you has a bright future in SAPD, so keep going.


SAPD Cadets: By being accepted into the academy you've proven to be good officers, so keep up the effort, and don't let command staff down.


SAPD Applicaints: You all have a fair chance of getting accpeted, just keep up good work, and show you're really interested and put some effort, and soon enough you'll be in!


It was a pleasure and an honor being in SAPD I wished to stay longer but unfortenately, that's it for me, so good bye.

You are a really great Officer and it's a real shame to see you leave. I was hoping to collaborate ideas in the SFPD with ya sometime but now it seems that will be put on hold for the time being. I hope you re-consider your resignation when things get better!

We have had much fun together and worked together successfully for a long period. It's was always fun to patrol with you due to your good sense of humour. I hope you haven't lost this the next time we meet again.

If i may, Omar no one resigns from a sergeant position because they have a internet problem or because you having a bad day at school. I know you may think you were next in line for promotion in your department and then you see Marcus promoted and that may piss you off, but please do understand firstly Marcus was a previous SAPD Command member and that he has experience in such a field. Sometimes SAPD Command brings old staff members back to help but that doesn't mean the guys who were their meanwhile are forgotten. Once they see you fit for the position and that you are ready, you will be approached and invited to the command staff.

I have witnessed alot resign because of reasons like this but please reconsider, you are a great cop and if you just carry on be patient i promise you, your day will come when you are rewarded for your hard-work. Just talk to the Chief before you just resign randomly and see how you can better yourself as a cop and a command member.

Dont take my words as an attack but as an advice which alot of people do not seem to give or receive in this modern day and age,

Whatever the true reason for you leaving is, firstly, ensure that it is not the 'Wrong' reason, and secondly, at least ensure that by leaving, it opens other potential doors in your future here.

Well Kenny you are right about the first assumption, it's not only my activity, I don't blame you about thinking I left because the latest promotions decissions, but the idea was on my head for some time, and I even shared it with my close friends, and I'm aware command staff already knew about it, along with the reasons. I'd like to just leave peacefully keeping the small amount of respect I earned, so please help
