Patrol Report

Officer: Petar.
Patrol partner(s): Alex_Rich, Briggs, then alone
Date:16.03.2012
Patrol time: 10:30-12:00--------13:45-15:45-------16:27-16:53

Patrol stats
Suspects jailed/surrendered:3
Suspects killed:18
Traffic stops:3
Short description of patrol
Well, this patrol was full of blood. I started my patrol at LSPD where I waited for my partner Alex_Rich. We was patroling streets of Los Santos where we saw a guy driving recklessly, we pullovered him and he paid the fine. After that we recieved a call from Mircea Niko for help. We followed the suspect while some citizen tried to stop us from chasing him, we suspected him but he continued running, while he was running he died from drive by shots. We continued patrol, but suddenly we recieved Code Purple at Idlewood as ussualy but this was really rare. All the suspects was shooting us where we returned fire, we killed 5 suspects but one of them surrendered and we led him to jail. Few minutes after that again, same gang was suspected by other officers, we helped them in chase and again, 1 suspect was killed as he returned fire. We continued chasing other 2 and caught them at Blackfield chapel, as they returned fire lethal force was used. And another time, same gang was again breaking law they started shooting us but we finnaly killed all the 3 that were shooting us. After big break I continued my patrol in Las Venturas where I pullovered a red Admiral, they crossed grass while driving 140km/h + , luckly they paid the fine. Again I saw some GT driving pretty bad and in bad condition, I gave him a warn and continued patrol, we recieved a call that there will be a gang war. We reacted immideatly by lead of Lt. Def_Perry. Many suspects from there was killed but also many of them surrendered. After that storm of suspects we did a LV organised patrol ( I guess Sushi will post it). Nothing special was there unless 2 suspect crashed into me and my partner Briggs, with help of other officers we neutralized them. I continued patrol where I saw a truck driving recklessly I was about to warn him but he tried to evade. When he tried to enter his helicopter he was shot down.

This patrol was pretty bloody as not so many suspects wanted to surrender

San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0040

Date: 16/03/2013
Time: 18:30 - 19:45
Type of Operation: Traffic Monitoring
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader:
LSPD Officer TeaM_Pazienza #P46

LSPD Participants:
LSPD Officer TeaM_Pazienza
LSPD Officer [WS]Thomas_C
LSPD Officer Tutti

Other Participants:
ARPD Officer Miller786
ARPD Officer Veronmaksaja
ARPD Officer Robert_Wakefield
ARPD Officer AcZ
ARPD Officer Petar.
ARPD Officer Dangerous_Scotto
ARPD Officer JamesHetfield.
ARPD Officer Monte
ARPD Officer James_River.
Other units joining at a second point were not noted, since they left before the final regroup when dismissing the checkpoints

Operation Summary:
The operation started in the LSPD Garage, where the attending units were briefed about its main aims. Communications were kept active both in the CB channel and on the police radio, on which all our movements were reported. After equipping the officers with 220 bullets of SMG and armour, the teams were set up ready to roll, each with a callsign and an officer taking the radio communications.

LSPD-1 : [WS]Thomas_C, JamesHetfield.
LSPD-2 : Tutti, Petar.
LSPD-3 : Dangerous_Scotto, Robert_Wakefield
LSPD-4 : Miller786, Veronmaksaja
LSPD-5 : TeaM_Pazienza, AcZ

We split up to set up the first Traffic Checkpoint (LSPD-1, LSPD-2, LSPD-3) at Idlewood and the second Checkpoint at Rodeo, under the bridge which separates Los Santos from the county side. All the civilians were warned of the presence of the two checkpoints through different advertisements. The controls on the cars interested their Passport and License, Vehicle and Body frisks and questioning of suspicious individuals who were at that point stopped.
During the routine checks on the traffic violators and among the numerous cars stopped, only few of them tried to evade the checkpoint, but they were eventually arrested with the cooperation of other units on duty and HSP backing us up.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
The operation was overall a success, everyone involved respected his role and abided his assignments. I think that nobody was let down by the situation we succeeded to create.

ARPD Officer Dark

Date: Sunday, March 18th, 2013

Time:
Started - 21:53
Ended - 23:07

Major Incidents:
- C30b at Blueberry.

Detailed report:

Today, I've organized a patrol with fourtteen SAPD/ARPD members. We used to warn all units towards the Police Radio about the organized patrol. When every unit was lined up, a short briefing about the local PD rules was given. Was explained to ask permissions to leave the jurisdiction and that is important to know the C30 level to respond to other jurisdictions backup calls.

After this briefing, the officers were assigned to the cars and, to every Patrol Car, was assigned an area to patrol or something to do.
The areas were assigned with the help of the Guidebook that we can find in the San Fierro Police Department Lobby.

The Patrol Vehicles assigned:

  • SFPD-1 (South of SF city):   SFPD Officer Dario Cipone & ARPD Officer Loris
  • SFPD-2 (County side):   ARPD Officer Jimbo & ARPD Officer Martin Bridge
  • SFPD-3 (County side):   ARPD Officer Nexxt & ARPD Officer Petar
  • SFPD-4 (North of SF city):   SFPD Cadet Bradley & ARPD Officer Alex
  • SFPD-5 (North of SF city):   ARPD Officer Mike Syrena & SFPD Officer Ramiro Rosso
  • SFPD-6 (South of SF city):   ARPD Officer Tritan Osmani & ARPD Officer Dark
  • SFPD-Volture (Air backup and assistance):   SAPD Captain Andrew Mason

After explained all the areas to patrol, I've give instructions to every passenger for the Police Radio and the MDC Usage.
Then we started.

The patrol was pretty hard to handle due to the lot of officers had, but was successful. I've used to take care about the area patrolled and focused in permissions.
We used to have some problems for drug ordering to the North area of San Fierro, Palisades, but both SFPD-2 and 3, handled that pretty good.

Someone used to don't respect their areas, but nothing so hard to handle was showed.

Patrol was almost quite over the state and when some officers asked to join to the patrol, I've given them permission and changed some teams due to the fact that two officers left.

SFPD Sergeant Mike joined and ARPD Officer Travis, also. Travis joined to the patrol with Petar and Mike joined to the patrol with Dark.

After some minutes of a quite patrol, we used to follow a suspect that was at Flint County. He headed towards LSPD and LSPD units were warned. Meanwhile, SFPD-5, was ordered to stay to the Flint Interesection Bridge to be careful that the suspect would no head back to the SF jurisdiction. Meanwhile SFPD-5 was standing there, a mass of people attacked the unit. Like 8 suspects were there.

SFPD-1, me and Loris, were near there, we used to go towards the subjects but they were shooting to the SFPD Officer Ramiro. We tried to save him but was too much hard that he died.
After that, suspects evaded into Blueberry passing Flint County Gas Station. We used to follow them and while the suspects were standing still in Blueberry acres, we warned them, but they opened fire.
We responded to the fire and two subjects went down. The other vehicle was still trying to move but we opened fire and the vehicle gone off. They were on foot and we followed the suspects. They went near the paintball arena, outside, in Blueberry. They opened fire on our sight and we tried to take care and opened fire too. The subjects went off when almost every SFPD Unit was called to respond to that. Situation went Code 4.

Dashboard Camera:

Finishing Notes:

Official radio channel of the SFPD (1885) & TeamSpeak was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every unit responded and communicated clearly. A suggestion for everyone: Follow the local PD rules that every Organized Patrol Leader says.

Notice: If someone wants to add something that I missed, or his point of view from his SFPD Patrol Car, he's able to send me a PM

SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant

Short description of patrol
I started my patrol at LSPD where I grabbed the car and started driving around city. As I saw car trying to evade some cops with high speed I joined them in chase, when car tried to do a U turn I blocked the road and because suspect was armed we shot the car. He exited the car and started shooting us, we returned fire and killed him. Next 20 minutes everything was clear but after that I caught two suspected guys running around street, they just entered my car and they were leaden to jail. After few minuites I started patroling with officer Padres, we caught a guy speeding at Jefferson where he entered his house to evade from us, we called him or phone and told him to go out, he complied but when we told him to enter our car he started running, we sprayed him as we didn't know was he armed or not and led him to jail. We continued patrol where we saw one guy trying to across grass at the entrance of Perishing Square. We pullovered him and told him to pay ticket what he did, we found out that he has a gun and knife but as he had license for that it was alright. After a big break I continued patrol where I saw a suspected guy runing in cheetah, I followed him for a long time, then other officers joined to help me, we caught him at Vinewood graveyard where he surrendered. Also I made a break after chase where I continued patrol at Idlewood. I saw a suspected guy runing inside PNS I blocked the way and tried to shoot his wheels, other officers joined me and we killed him because he returned fire. I saw one guy with bat and gun and told him that he can't show that in public, he complied and I left him with warn. Later then I continued patrol with SAPD officer Dario Cipone, we patroled San Fierro where we saw a grey buffalo runing to exit of San Fierro with really high speed. We tried to pullover him but he didn't want to. He crashed with his car into water where we helped him, as we was not sure that he heard megaphone we fined him 200$ he paid the ticket and we gave him a free ride as he was alone in forest.

Patrol was pretty good, not so many criminal activities was done today
