Detailed describtion of training:

Early morning, there were no suspects in the San Fierro Districts. I planned to make out a training of shooting. I called up several members at SFPD for the breifing and the training details. As soon as I gave the lecture. All the officers took a cruiser (according to my command) and went to the San Fierro Airport for the training. There were three phases:

Phase 1:
> Round one: In this round one unit had to stand on the ground while the other had to use his PD cruiser. He had to go towards the shooter and move around whereas the other unit only had a minute to shoot down the tires. Winner of this round was Denis Pro.

>Round two: This round was the same as round one but in this round the winner was KelvinC.

Phase 2:
> Round one: In this phase it was the same as Phase one but the only difference was that the ground unit had to shoot all the four tires with a MP5. Winner was, JoshThePenguin and Denis Pro.

>Round two: Second attempt of phase 2, everyone did a great job in this round.

Phase 3:
>Round one: In this phase, I had a rancher and the other units had all their PD cruisers. I was evading from all of them whereas they had to use their PD cruiser to follow me and get out and shoot my tires down. Denis Pro

>Round two: The same as round one and the winner was Denis Pro.


Conclusion of training:
Everyone did a great job and I had no worries in the discipline they had. Well done guys and good job to Tom Evans, Denis Pro and Josh (Specially). I really like your shooting.

Traffic checkpoint, at LS-LV intersection, both way stop, checking drivers identification and cars.

Conclusion of operation:
Went well, officer where a bit confused at start, but after the 20 minute mark, it started to go smothly.

and find a plane and start Air search at area and find visual of suspects they was in jetmax boat and head to SF AU carrier
after land at Roof of Naval base and request for engage high ranks send premission and i do sniper role
after arrange a few officer from range i wait for order and in this scene FBI faild in talks with kidnappers and we make a plan to ambush
and one officer move to boat for spray they and i get premission and start fire
in last two criminals killed

-on 10-19 situation spot two car with full armored guys
they head bayside and we wait to they order and after one mine start ambush but when arrive all leave area from sea

but no EMS was online and we keep move to SF Hospital.

Traffic stop at LS-LV hw

- when stay at HW to control speeds spot a driver do sospecius moves and cant control vehicle and after test
he was drunked also fined 100$

Traffic stop at BC

- one truck drive at wrong line and first time dont pull over but when see blocked way pull over and pay 250$ for high speed and wrong line drive and dont respect police order

LSPD Dispatcher Role

-Dispatching started and following for 45min and recive a few C30
i tell officer at scene get cover and backups responded but he killed cause criminals was heavy armored

patrol started from LSPD and spot a car when was on AIR unit and tell more units
after 5 min chase from air one LSPD units come to backup but they was full armored and we fall back
they head to LV north Parking and get cover there
at last Officer [WS]Mike and one FBI agent and two officer(me and officer rosco)
we make plan
but they start shooting with sniper rifle from parking roof and we get cover
Command truck enter scene and after we make plan
start to clear floor by floor and at one last floor they was
we get cover and make plan but command truck exploed but heavy shoots from them
at last i make a good move and start Clear them roadblock and start a heavy fire on them two guy was at road block one of they killed with my shoot one 10% damage
and i open way to ambush also FBI engage from roof
when they see have killed enter car and use ramp at roof and escape and head TR on officer chase them and we was a few min back of them
they start shoot fire at that officer on TR and when backups arrive they escape and head RC we chase them and at last they see no way to spot and surrender at RC
also they was under a teamwork heavy shoot fire  one of them i think killed and two arrested
and transfer to DPD and jailed
this was on of my best Team works and control scenes after DPD war scene(you can see report of DPD war on page 1)

and send C30A code and request for AD but no AD member was online and we only fallback but a few min latter one FBI and one SAPD come at scene and we start ambush they escape to blubery in a safehouse we make plan to enter and after a countdown start entering and they was in last of salon and block there and we start fire on them
after 5 min heavy fire from Police and suspects they killed also me killed at this heavy fires

Although, his English isn't the best, Sina takes the job seriously abiding rules and regulations. I feel that he has potential to be a good Officer because of his roleplay and seriousness. If he improves his English, he's going places. He respects the chain of command, patrols and eliminates crime and shows capabilities of teamwork.

my maximum time to arrive at scene is 3min,also i use diffrent tactics on situations,on first time after arrive to scene criminals kill me but now i kill they
In Air Supports i have a good skills Piloting skill i can use any kind of  Air Vehicles in best quality
Join Pursuits is one more Air skill Helicopter on High speed pursuits help Ground units to keep visual on suspects
Search Areas for suspect too is on more skill of Air skills
in a few week my minimum time to find suspects on big areas is 5m(include use radio and use area for detect suspects area)
Control Traffic from sky on game can help officers for example last night we pull over 2 firetruck(wrong line drive + speed)taxi drivers
also in support traffic stops im professional when one guy spot helicopter near her head dont tink for escape
one of best skills is block roads with helicopter without break any PD role like PD cars accident with helicopter or down to roads and keep move with full heli hp on magic trees
about RP power i think i havent any prob
all of my dutys include RP situations like accident,bomb,gta,check cars for heroins ,and close roads for FD missions
in detect 207 situations too im full
you can spot this power when recive my pm from 207 scenes im first unit at scene or twost also about talk with kidnappers i play my plans
in my last 207 at BC area i talk with kiddnapper but he dont accept my talk i use her times and my partner kill him from rocks with sniper rifle and hostage rescued with 50% hp

i start my duty from lspd on first mins i search for any partner but no one come to patrol with me
i move to LSPD heli and my duty started on LS sky
after check East LS Heroin spot and Heorin island i move to LV but on way recive c30 code from SF doherty
after 2 min arrive at scene but officer of scene dead before i arrive and suspects escaped from scene and i start Searching operation,at last i detect on of they(suspect have aiders in this situation)at paradise area
and move to area and see her aider and tell on radio to ground units area,id and aider danger
one ground unit join pursuit but on TR we spot aiders,heavy aiders
ground unit killed with aiders  heavy shoot on TR
i keep pursuit and close road they spot road is colsed and start havy fire on helicopter i fly to roof and after find cover tell c30a on radio
on that situation:
criminals find me alone on roof and close ways
Helicopter engine fired by shoots but radio was on touch
after a few time send c30 code 2 officer come to help but killed i standup for help thy but lose 50$ hp for m4 shoot
i move to cover and replay c30 situation backups arrived but one of officers killed
more units start heavy fire and i stand up for cover but killed by m4 shoot from back of building
one aider was there and kill me
