Cadet Padres_Rosso - Slander, false accusations, bullying, harrassment

SAPD Officer Policy violators: Cadet Padres_Rosso

1. Padres_Rosso - In a recent post on the forums, this Cadet has shown his inability to humanely and friendly conduct conversations between himself and others. This is a clear problem, as any and all SAPD units must be required to show respect to other Officers (ARPD or not), and to the general public. As this Cadet has already shown that he is unable to do this, I am left with no choice but to request punishment towards him so as to teach him a hefty lesson in respect and fairness.
2. Officer's Department - Cadet - LSPD, if his signature is anything to go by.

he never took me serious.

I guess, he doesn't give a shit about the Report.

This quote clearly shows Mr. Rosso making false accusations which amounts to slander - ie. "he doesn't give a shit about the report", he clearly shows harrassment - ie. "I warned the officer yesterday again", which shows that he has repeatedly contacted me, so as to harass me, and this further constitutes bullying, which is defined on the web as "Use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants." - as Mr. Rosso (believes) he is in the superior position as SAPD Cadet as opposed to ARPD Officer (despite SAPD not being able to order around ARPD), he has been trying to force me (through harrassment) to post in his topic for his own personal benefit and gain.
I entrust that the relevant authorities will thoroughly investigate this issue and ensure that Mr. Rosso is dealt with accordingly.

For me, it just means either who i am or what i want to speak/do with you, not that you don't want to speak with me. Speak more clear and directly and such "misunderstandings" won't happen.
As i just said, i wasn't aware of the fact, that i "bullied" or "harassed" you. If you got solid and clear Evidence, then provide it. So far you just provided Evidence regarding my Post. I said it clear and direct, because you did not answer after days. My aim was not to insult you or something, it was stated to make CMD Staff aware that you just don't pay attention to this Report.

How is that at all relevant to my allegations in this report? You are avoiding the issues here. Clearly you have no intention of answering for your (horrendous) crimes, so I will stop responding to this and allow the SAPD Command Staff to take it into their own hands.

Precisely, he hasn't broken any ARPD regulations.
However, what I can do though is issue a verbal warning to Padres for his attitude on the report.
