ARPD Officer Policy violators: Harassing me, Shooting SU non moving, when im cop he shoot all time my car and tiers, insulting me in pm

i was su by him for no reason (Evading) he even not /m1, i was driving when  i see (sued for evading by Cyber.) after i was in a house in Idelwood , i was sitting in the badroom (Sit 1) starky /enter to house and cyber too ,and others cops , but he start shooting me for no reason .

Hello.

With all due respect, I am writing on this application to warn this officer as a fellow ARPD. Although I do not have any special powers over officers, a warn will possibly help other officers as such as Cyber realize that they need to fix their behaviour on duty.

First of all, I want to inform this officer that he is being very immature and trollish on duty. Not to mention him being reported on ARPD forums by Zing, Lustig and me.

First of all, after I performed a traffic stop on Lustig out of roleplay reasons, he stalked him after I finished and gave a warning to Lustig. I followed ofcourse to see what this inexperienced officer was doing. He was talking constantly OOC, saying that Lustig does crimes all the time so thats why he is stalking him, that he is shooting while on roofs, etc...

Which is even worse, this guy killed a standing non-armed/armoured suspect, on purpose right after harassing Lustig....

Me and Zing were good friends and patrolling together until one day i called him for a backup and he died with weapons thats worth about 7k,He asked me to give the money he lost but i refused so we stop being friends and we started argument and insult each other for relligion and things like that,he is arab and im jewish so he told me ARAB POWER and flamed me with that on pm,so i insulted him too as you can see in the screenshoot,I actually tryed being friendly for example when the server came back being active i told him hello and he started attack me and run away,I dont have any screenshoot but in the future i wiil take a pictures if he wiil keep do it

Greetings, i'm Sergeant John'Drix Shaft and i will be handling this report.
Cyber, your using your powers against him due a personal matter. Now he has every single right to report you for abusing cop powers, in these screenshots i can see everything that you are accused off, and you showing racism and bad behavior over different players which includes Lustig also, it looks like your cop-hunting them, waiting for them to do a crime so you can go after and kill them, EVEN if they are not moving, or surrendering. I do not wan't these kind of cops in this server, who use the powers for personal matters, if you got a problem with him ignore him, don't try to abuse our players and affecting their game-play. A verdict on you will be given shortly.. and trust me it won't be a soft one. Since not even your abusing your cop powers, but your attempting to revenge/cyberbull players in this community.
You better find something to self defense yourself... since i won't be quite tolerative in this report.

Hello again,it was back in the days when i was criminal and i told you there is some criminals you can deal with so i called you...so yes you risked yourself and i appreciate that but i couldnt do anything since I wasnt officer and as i remember you asked me to pay you 2k and i refused so we hate each other,if you want to try make peace contact me in game and We wiil see what we can do.

Shooting me ,, man , i was in badroom doing /sit 1, i was Role playing ,, police come inside , and found me sit in badroom , like if i Poop ,, and ill roleplay a scene , but u shooted me for no reason , i cant shoot u when im /sit 1 , just if i get up , i didnt get up , and when i talked with u , u told me ( i thinked u will shoot us so i shooted u ) u are a cop, we are in a Roleplay server, try to roleplay when someone dont move , don kill him !!
and dont su someone for no reason , u sued me for (Evading) i was driving my car, after talking with another high ranker ARPD, u followed me and u sued me for evading , u did not ( /m1) admins can check logs for this , if an admin found /m1 befor the SU ,, u can ban me , i will accept
but no /m1 was in my screen

- i forget something that he did with Altaf_husain, altaf asked me if i sell drugs (Off duty i was) i go with him to him house , after i go out (he scammed me ) and Boooom !!!!! Sued for ( Drog deal) !!! wtf !!! u do it to earn money man ???

As Zlatan said, Officer Cyber has shown bad behavior on-duty, took down a suspect who was standing still with a lethal weapon, and opening friendly fire on other officers.
He has broken SAPD Procedures, therefor we're here for it to not happen again.

Cyber will be copbanned for 5 days and let this be a lesion to you Cyber that you cannot use cop powers to abuse/revenge anyone in this server who you diss-like.
