1. Denis_Pro - Short description of the violation.: When I am patrolling, i see many things going on, but this is the thing whereby I am realy getting pissed off. Denis_Pro is constant flaming suspects,constant using caps, flaming cops, shooting cops, shooting standing still suspects, provoking, etc. When i respond to his flames, he is saying: I am just kidding, every time.

<Here he is saying i'm calling him a bad girl what i didn't do and that i set a hitman contract on him that i didn't do aswell, admin checked it. Constant moan.


b. Other evidence.. He is saying that he is sorry about everything he did but 2 seconds after that he is abusing again etc.

We were talking on teamspeak too
When i said that he /report me and admin FlamMan i think warned me for flaming,But i was kidding becouse we were talking on teamspeak and i didnt knew that he will take it in bad way,
Moreover Josh flamed me too,he said me Stupid,bad girl AND when i said to him i am sorry and i mean it i swear to god that i mean it HE SAID me that i am from DEVIL not from GOD
So Josh provoke me and Flamed me very bad
I asked him SORRY more than 100 times but he didnt accepted my sorry but he was keep flaming me VIA pm and Moaning my PM

Admins can check my logs and prove that i asked him sorry and that Josh flamed me very bad

Also i said LAND THE HELICOPTER NOW F****R for RP suspect took it RP and he answear me MAKE ME LAND IT
Only josh tooked it in Bad.I am friend with the suspect thats why i said that only for Fun and for RP (friends used to talk like that) Suspect didnt report me or flamed me (he took it in nice way and he was loughing and he said make me land it)
Moreover Josh said that i Stole his suspect and i said to him why you are money hungry? and he answear me this is my suspect and i told him no its not yours 20 units pursuit this suspect so its not yours!!!
And Josh and some of his friend some times are flaming me VERY BAD via TeamSpeak (He flamed my COUNTRY and he Provoked me in bad way) he called me stupid more than 100 times and bad girl also.....

I am here to defend Josh, he wasn't flaming the suspect he was intimidating him.

Intimidation (also called cowing) is intentional behavior that "would cause a person of ordinary sensibilities" fear of injury or harm. It's not necessary to prove that the behavior was so violent as to cause terror or that the victim was actually frightened.

He didn't mean it literally he meant it sarcasticly aka. intimidatingly to prove his power and to make the suspect stop.

Josh was flaming me on TeamSpeak and Provoking me more than 1 month
I never flamed him,i said only 1 time F***K YOU : ) but i was kidding thats why i add : ) and i said to him i am SORRY!!

Wait a second, u provoked with posting some SS on my SAPD application to get me a copban.. U told me that u got SS and that u took SS proofs of everything, ans "Land Now at SFAP or you will get a hydra on your ass" is not a direct flame, other officers (higher ranked) use it aswell, i don't know how to say it on another way. Please stop with the goddamn Capslock all the time, its realy pissing everyone off Especialy me!
