Well, clearly as he states in the logs, he was not on "AirDiv duty", so I am reporting him as an ARPD officer. Also, AirDiv duty or not, I believe he should be treated as a regular officer here in the reports.

ARPD Commissioner concurs, since the officer involved was not on Air Div duty he cannot be considered under that command.
However as he is not an SAPD officer either he comes under ARPD regulations and cannot be held against SAPD regulations.

I'm not even going to go through the whole story. FBI Matrixbob told you that it was a completely valid crime to which I had the right to jail you. However, I dropped the charges as I felt that you had served enough time in the investigation that lasted for an hour.

Since we left the carwash and headed to LSPD, you lawyers were driving in a highly aggressive manor, running me off the road multiple times. As we arrived at LSPD they followed us straight into the PD where I told them that they would have to wait until I booked you in. I told them to sit down so I could prepare you for the investigation but they were refusing. I went into the investigation room to type your details into the computer but your lawyers were being hostile and jumping through the window of the investigation room. I then suspected them for "failing to comply" due to this.

After I had booked you in, I requested an unsuspection for "charges dropped" on your lawyers, as they had cooled down and it was time for them to do their job as your lawyer.

I used "Air Division" once which was an accident, because I do it so often. That was the only time.. I then made it clear I wasn't on Air Div duty throughout the situation.

And that arrest today, you dropped the charges and unsuspected me because quite frankly you couldn't keep me there any longer. It also has nothing to do with this report.

I, Dylan Rosso, never once tried to "pull the wool" over anyone's eyes. I clearly showed where we were, which was right in front of our cars, possibly about 7-10 meters away from the heroin spot. I will not have my name slandered and told that I was lying at all, also mentioned in your statement about us being aggressive, you failed to point out the fact that you were constantly cursing at us while instructing us. Another statement that you are lying about is the fact that we were driving aggressively. We were simply following you both back to the police department while an ARPD officer was attempting to PIT us the entire way there.

After receiving a call from Officer Oflagan on the police radio, I, Maskkane_Rosso FBI Agent, Responded to LSPD for assistance requested by the officers. Upon my arrival, Another agent was on scene, Agent Bass.
Officer Conky was very unprofessional during the investigation and often used foul language. This is the only wrong doing I witnessed..
Also, after requested from Division Assistant Matrixbob, Which was Dylan_Rosso show me the location in which he was standing when the officers approached them, I concluded that the location Dylan_Rosso, Mobius, and Travis was at a private owned property, the car wash. These 3 individuals were closer to the car wash than they were to the heroin location.
Travis has already presented logs, but if needed I can provide screenshots of the foul language presented by Officer Conky.

Bob and a few other FBI agents returned to the scene of the crime, and showed that the spot we were at, obviously showed no sign of us close to the heroin spot.

Also, my lawyers were supposed to be with me during booking, and you denied them by cursing at them. I believe this is TERRIBLE behavior. Agent Maskkane Rosso can support your foul language with screens. You cursed at and to the agents multiple times.

To whoever investigates this report. For visual purposes, I will provide this image taken. The event would have taken place right in the center of the screen, which is relatively close to the heroin spot. This gave us reason for suspicion as when we arrived, the men were in confrontational positions in front of their vehicles. This also gave us reason for a stop and search which they refused.

This is false, I will supply a screen shot of the scene, and  all present will even vouch that your screen shot is false. We had 2 cars parked against the Car wash, and one a bit(About 4m) away from the wall of Car wash(Actual Building, not the sign). We were all huddled between the cars against the wall and the car away from the wall. We had then moved forwards to a blackened line near the start of the stairs, by the 'H'. We moved no closer, and we were clearly farther away from the heroin spot, and closer to *Mobius's car wash*. First of all, why did you not check that the property was in fact Mobius's? You could've left it at that, yet you had to profile us all.
