I have no way of finding out recent name, obviously reported officer is evading this case. I have no such powers to find that out. I don't see why this wasn't already closed when he was under same name.

The officer hasn't been active for quite a while now and on top of that there is no way for us to find person's name without using administration powers.
Therfore this report is closed, until you have new evidence to addon to it(We consider a new name, a lead as well).
