       I was patrolling with Officer iKhmTheCow. We were having a good time in our patrol but after some hours my partner requested me to visit his house for a cup of coffee. I accepted his request and so we went to Khm's House. He showed me  his garage and his car. At the instant Officer Khm showing me his car Officer Miller arrived at the scene. We were wondering about the suspicious person at a private property and suddenly Officer Miller Broke into the House and grabbed TV and tried to steal it. As security system of house came in motion Officer Khm noticed a man at his doorstep walking with his Brand new TV. He stopped him and asked what he doing. Officer Miller taken out Gun and started threatening us. We quickly grabbed our car and drove away from there and mean while Officer Miller continue shooting on us. After that here we are.

The TV that i took from your house wasnt a TV LED, but actually an old tv with a lot of space in the back.

First of all, i take the roleplay seriously, because this is an rpg server and i think that everyone should do so.
I roleplay with EVERYONE that i encounter, because this is an rpg server.
You broke the roleplay now, so i take this to tell all the truth.
I was  looking for somebody to roleplay with me, to find out this "illegal alchool dealer".
So i went to the house of iKhm, i roleplayed that i found this bottles of scotch, and he didnt followed me in this roleplay, he said "smartass ayo"  with an m4 in the hands (one of them for sure) so i though that he didnt wanted to roleplay with me, so i said something like "hey! look behind you" and i used the anim /gunpoint 1 , to act like i was pointing to something behind him, but for error i typed "e" which made me to take out the deagle while i was pointing, he put his hands up, so i though he changed his mind, so i said "put your cuffs on", but with a pathetic roleplay he escaped (/me gets in the car and escapes :|) so i though he wanted to roleplay some kind of chase so i shot near him to make him stop, but he escaped away, so i was a bit confused, so i ignored him and continued my roleplay, then i recieved his report.

From what I can see in your chatlogs, you did not use any roleplay method to record the situation, and unless you can prove that you did, the chatlogs and screenshots you have posted will be dismissed.

Everyone please try to remain calm and not provoke each other further.

I have a few questions to the reporter and his witness;

-Do you have any roleplay evidence?
-Were there any other witnesses to what happened?

And now a few questions for Miller786;

-Why did you try to arrest a fellow officer?
-Why did you aim your weapon at a fellow officer?
-Why did you fire after a fellow officer?

Miller, you should not be trying to force roleplay upon other players, what's inside someones belongings or house is for them to decide, not you. This sort of behaviour is not something we want to see as a police officer, you will only cause conflict if you go around saying there is for example heroin or other illegal substances on a person, without their consent.

Both parties have 48 hours to respond or the report will continue without them.

From the beginning, that wasn't clear a roleplay situation since it is not agreed by the sides or discussed about it but the problem as you saw here. Officer miller(that i don't know him and didn't even patrol with him once) came at my house for an unknown reason, from the first i tough he is checking it because i made the house for sale so i let-ed him go in without any discussion, but after he went out of the house i saw from his side /me drags the TV /me puts it in the trunk then closed his trunk with the command /boot i tough he is going to roleplay as some bad cop trying to steal my house so i tried to "roleplay" with him and that was a clearly wrong since he was saying those comment:

Now, guys, not to disrespect you, you lack a bit of imagination.
Do you know what does roleplay means? you know, when i join this server i see in the gamemode tab: Rock Stars RPG 4.1
So i ask myself: RPG? role playing game obviously, the roleplay is that gamemode in where you need to use your IMMAGINATION to create roleplay scenarios.
Now, if i did what i did, was to create some roleplay which involves fun, so now, imagine, what im going to tell you, is the case of the illegal alchool dealer.
The alchool dealer needed to find a good place to refill the FBI of their expensive scotch that made in his hidden farm in RC, but without being catched by the police, so, he had an idea, hiding the bottles in the back of an old TV, and then break into the house of one of those cops at FC, FC, what's better than an abandoned town in the middle of the desert to hide some good scotch? (except LSPD obviously).
So he broke in the house of this cop and replaced his TV with this new TV.
So when the FBI came in the town he just had to break inside and search for the TV and then sell the scotch to the FBI.
Who the hell will ever look in the house of a cop?
Sheriff Miller786 obviously.

So this RP scenario doesnt mean that iKhm is the illegal alchool dealer, that means that the illegal alchool dealer wanted to put the cop in cage and that he's still at large.

There's No RP evidence provided or taken as i already replied to Sgt.Alan.
So you hears from Agent about illegal alcohol dealer in town, you come to two officer without any warrant or evidence and breaks in a private property without saying a word, stealing private object of house owner and claims a LEO a suspect and tries to arrest him, your actions seems pretty more illegal to me.

Pardon? No offence but your RP was not very good like you claiming in your posts. I was going to RP with you bit but khm stopped me.(You already said me liar, so see pm in those pics). Please, I really requesting you to drop that attitude and stop provoking me indirectly and i have enough imagination and RP skill to make a RP scenario, so please don't try to teach me. You are best in role-playing, i get it.

Now, if i did what i did, was to create some roleplay which involves fun, so now, imagine, what im going to tell you, is the case of the illegal alchool dealer.
The alchool dealer needed to find a good place to refill the FBI of their expensive scotch that made in his hidden farm in RC, but without being catched by the police, so, he had an idea, hiding the bottles in the back of an old TV, and then break into the house of one of those cops at FC, FC, what's better than an abandoned town in the middle of the desert to hide some good scotch? (except LSPD obviously).
So he broke in the house of this cop and replaced his TV with this new TV.
So when the FBI came in the town he just had to break inside and search for the TV and then sell the scotch to the FBI.
Who the hell will ever look in the house of a cop?
Sheriff Miller786 obviously.

So this RP scenario doesnt mean that iKhm is the illegal alchool dealer, that means that the illegal alchool dealer wanted to put the cop in cage and that he's still at large.

For this i only highlight this:-

You shouldn't have taken our roleplay to iKhm if he didn't want to, that scotch thing had nothing to do with iKhm.
The 'illegal Mexican whiskey dealer' was merely a roleplay character and not an actual player.

There wasn't a clear role play since it wasn't even accepted or talked by both sides, so there's no RP evidence taken(like the evidence written in link alan provided) and there's no other eyewitness or any person around that area other than Officer Miller,me and Khm.

What other RP evidence do you want but the proven existence of the illegal alchool dealer?

My intention wasnt aiming, as i first was pointing out to my trunk, but AS I ALREADY EXPLAINED i for error took out my pistol.

Now, the real chatlog... (i dont really like people who shows ONLY the part that they want of the chatlogs, i dont see the "oi smartass" part in your chatlog...)

All chat log is provided and "oi smartass" too if you can read properly. Try to focus on the report not on the word "smartass" I referred, i say it to anyone who act like or make a puppy face after doing anything wrong, focus on what you did is aiming/shooting at officer and misusing firearms on duty. (referring to the khm one, sorry again, in his chatlog that part is missing, and i already said that it was a misclick, i was trying to get out from my animation)

From the beginning, that wasn't clear a roleplay situation since it is not agreed by the sides or discussed about it but the problem as you saw here. Officer miller(that i don't know him and didn't even patrol with him once) came at my house for an unknown reason, from the first i tough he is checking it because i made the house for sale so i let-ed him go in without any discussion, but after he went out of the house i saw from his side /me drags the TV /me puts it in the trunk then closed his trunk with the command /boot i tough he is going to roleplay as some bad cop trying to steal my house so i tried to "roleplay" with him and that was a clearly wrong since he was saying those comment:

-[17:01:59] Miller786(97) says: morning
As you see here we tried to "discuss" about what he is doing but.....:
-[17:02:02] Castiel_McCabe(15) says: what u doing
-[17:02:07] Miller786(97) says: that!
Here he aimed at me without any reason and i did not know why is that since there was no roleplay about any robbery after "roleplaying" taking the TV from my house.
And here he showed his deagle and aimed at me:

-[17:02:29] iKhmTheCow(71) says: what the
-[17:02:41] Miller786(97) says: put your cuffs on
And here i tried to finish this "roleplay" that happened to us by writing:

And here he started shooting at us with combat shotgun and MAYBE M4 because it was a bit far away to damage a car with bullets from a fare place.

This is the answer and short explination of the force roleplay that happened. So in meaning there wasn't any "roleplay" here.
The second answer is no, there was no other witness in the area.

Now
The roleplay evidence is stated in my first post, where there is actually a chatlog that confirms the presence of an illegal alchool dealer in the town.
There werent any other witnesses.
Again,
I tried to arrest a fellow officer because i was suspecting him of dealing illegal alchool
I already said it was a misclick, i was pointing out to the TV
I didnt hit the car, i shot near it as warning shots.

There's No RP evidence provided or taken as i already replied to Sgt.Alan.
So you hears from Agent about illegal alcohol dealer in town, you come to two officer without any warrant or evidence and breaks in a private property without saying a word, stealing private object of house owner and claims a LEO a suspect and tries to arrest him, your actions seems pretty more illegal to me. I take in consideration the words of an FBI officers, if what he told me was "an RP character" then that's not my fault. 

Now, guys, not to disrespect you, you lack a bit of imagination.
Do you know what does roleplay means? you know, when i join this server i see in the gamemode tab: Rock Stars RPG 4.1

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the September the 6th  2013, at 18:30 HOURS a report was submitted by iKmTheCow as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Alan Demarest

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer Miller786 acted without proper authority and warrant, to move inside someone elses house, against their will and stealing a TV from said house.
-- ARPD Officer Miller786 attempted to take ARPD Officer iKhmTheCow into custody without proper authority or warrant, for a false crime.
- ARPD Officer Miller786 aimed his weapon at iKhmTheCow and Castiel_McCabe, his fellow ARPD Officers, without proper reason and authority and then fired after them.


-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Miller786 is to receive a two day suspension from duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
