ARPD Report - TinMan & [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley[Mike]
« on: September 08, 2013, 23:19:14 pm »
Keep in mind that my chat logs should have 6 hours added to get the server time

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. TinMan and [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley - Shooting non-moving civilians

As I got provoked into a situation by ARPD Officer [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley I accidently missclicked and touched him, once.

[16:01:22] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) says: Flash it one more time and i will f**king shoot you
[16:01:40] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) says: Flash it one more time and i will f**king shoot you
This already gave me the indication Officer Hansley was potentially going to open fire at me while not even being suspected of any crime.
[16:01:52] AirLiuzzi(62) says: You drop your language boy.
[16:02:02] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) says: Shut Up

A few moments later I was getting forced into a situation where he could suspect me for drunk driving.
[16:08:37] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) puts breathlyzer in his mouth
[16:08:46] What Reading do we get? ([SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73))
[16:08:55] P from Purrrrfect (AirLiuzzi(62))
[16:09:03] What reading? ([SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73))
[16:09:09] 0 (AirLiuzzi(62))
[16:09:58] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) says: DAMMN
[16:10:06] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) says: How bout you turn around
[16:10:17] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) says: Im placing you under arrest for driving under the influence
[16:10:22] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) reads the miranda rights out:
[16:10:29] [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley(73) takes out cuffs
[16:11:57] AirLiuzzi(62) says: Oops]
[16:12:03] You were suspected by officer DamienT(86) for Assault

I typed *oops* and stood still. Both TinMan and Mark Hansley immediately started blasting me while I wasn't even suspected, moving, holding a fire-arm or being any kind of threat.
As you can see below I did not fire a single bullet at anyone.

[13:58:51] You paid $6300 for a M4 with 550 bullets. Total amount paid: $6300.
[13:58:55] You paid $5000 for a Sniper Rifle with 50 bullets. Total amount paid: $5000.
[13:59:00] You paid $625 for a Desert Eagle with 250 bullets. Total amount paid: $625.
[13:59:05] You paid $25 for a Knife.
[13:59:16] You paid $1850 for a Combat Shotgun with 300 bullets. Total amount paid: $1850.

[08:46:24] Weapon restored - Knife x 1
[08:46:24] Weapon restored - Desert Eagle x 250
[08:46:24] Weapon restored - Combat Shotgun x 300
[08:46:24] Weapon restored - M4 x 550
[08:46:24] Weapon restored - Sniper Rifle x 50
[08:46:24] Weapon restored - Camera x 7

This kind of force was absolutely ridiculous as it was an accident, I was not moving nor holding a fire-arm.

[16:12:12] You entered an Infernus(2756), owner: AirLiuzzi

At this moment I entered my car to get away as I was still getting shot at (By TinMan & Mark Hansley, including some other Officers I believe) while not even moving at all.
Yes, I therefor did make the crime valid but that's not what this report is about. This report is about Officers abusing their weapons at civilians.

Apart from that Officer Mark Hansley refused to jail me at a PD and kept forcing it upon me to go to Mordor.

[16:13:32] You surrendered, wait for a cop to cuff you. (cuffing will thaw you)
[16:46:01] You have been jailed by DamienT(86) for 180 seconds, relax

I have requested Manager [Rstar]Murt to perform a damage log check and he could confirm that these 2 Officers assaulted me before I was
even suspected. The investigating Officer may request these damage logs when needed during this investigation.

[16:54:34] PM from IKEA_Meatball(24): Tell them if needed, you can get damage logs from a manager.
[16:57:53] PM from IKEA_Meatball(24): These are basically the only two names I could find TinMan, [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley.
[16:58:16] PM to IKEA_Meatball(24): Okay, thank you. Those are the ones who did damage before I was suspected?
[16:58:46] PM from IKEA_Meatball(24): Gotta check a little further, wait.
[16:59:25] PM from IKEA_Meatball(24): YEah, it's correct.

Howdy,

My name is Mike Sangelo, Captain with the SAPD and I will be handling this report. Could you please ask both of the Officer's to post their statements here so we may proceed?

Howdy.

I was driving in Idlewood and I saw Officer Mark Hansley arresting Liuzzi for DUI. What I saw was AirLiuzzi failing to comply with the officer, running around in circles, and then next thing I know he pulls out a knife behind Mark Hansley and stabs him once. There was no way how you could had mis-clicked. As you had to scroll to get to your knife, you had to run behind Mark Hansley, and then you assaulted. If it was a misclick still that is your fault but it didn't look like a misclick at all. Immediately after he assaulted the officer with a deadly weapon, I took out my pistol and opened fired. So did other officers who were on scene. AirLiuzzi was then running around in circles, gets in his car, and takes off driving.

This report is invalid as I took necessary action and protocol. The reason why he wasn't suspected after he assaulted Mark Hansley because we didn't want to waist seconds of time suspecting him when he could have killed officer Mark Hansley with his knife.

I have not seen Mark Hansley online since the incident so I've not been able to notify him of this report.

I will continue to try.

Any progress on contacting Mark? We just can not continue until the second person being reported knows he has a report open on him.

He almost slit my throat. If it wasn't for TinMan, I would have died. This is a good shooting. There are no photos or video of the incident. He shot in Self Defense.

Here is what I am gathering.

AirLiuzzi was pulled over for supposedly driving while intoxicated and when tested, AirLiuzzi mentioned how he was "P for Perfect" or a "0" on the breathalizer scale, yet you still attempted to arrest him despite his side of the roleplay going against your favor? As for the knife part, why was the knife out to begin with?

That is correct.

As for the knife part, I accidentally touched the scroll on my mouse because I was looking around myself rapidly
due to all these officers standing around, some with their weapons drawn, because I was supposedly "not complying".
I wasn't even suspected nor did I commit any crime, what arrest was I resisting? All that was happening is that Mark
was forcing me into a situation that he wanted.

Report closed, no interest from either side, as well as one of the officers is no longer with the SAPD.

Thank you for re-opening this report Deputy Chief Mike.

I'm still very interested in this report being taken care of.

As far as I'm concerned we have been waiting for statements from the Officers side.
Please let me know if there's anything you need from me.

Just to make sure, I am still very interested in this report being taken care of.

It seems that Mark Hansley is purposely avoiding this report as he is often online as well as posting in other topics that are in this section.
