[ARPD Report] - Bryce. [Jason]
« on: September 21, 2013, 02:59:23 am »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: ARPD Officer Bryce

1. Officer Bryce - Breaching ARPD Rule #9 that states you are forced to use a Police Vehicle on duty. Officer Bryce was driving a NRG-500 and stunting at Pershing Square, I have asked him several times to stop stunting and get a PD vehicle but he said "I can do whatever I want". He would not listen, this is the reason for being here.

Code: [Select]
[02:52:56] <Milano_Rosso> (2) Jimmy and Bryce, can you please switch over to PD Vehicles?
[02:53:07] <Bryce.> (22) i can't do stunts with pd bike

[02:53:49] <Milano_Rosso> (2) Bryce, are you willing to get off your bike and get a PD Vehicle?

I'll be handling this report.

Reporting 10-7 in the radio means you are out of service, you've clearly done this for an invalid reason and even so, it does not give you the right to use civilian vehicles. If you were out of service, why didn't you just go off duty?

48 hours given to add any more relevant information before a conclusion is reached.

Hello Bryce, and Jason,

I have clearly told you, that the rule was changed by the ARPD Commissioner. You said "I can do w/e I want". I have told you, it was a rule break. I also have asked you to change the NRG, to a official PD Vehicle.

San Andreas Police Department
23/09/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the September 21th 2013 at 14:46pm a report was submitted by Milano Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Bryce was clearly seen driving a none-duty vehicle without a valid reason

-- In conclusion, Officer Bryce will be given a verbal warning and reminded of the correct vehicles to use on police duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair, an appeal may be sent to a Deputy Chief+ via forum pm and the report will be reviewed again.

Signed,
Captain Jason Bridges
