Good evening,

As the firefighters were breaking traffic laws before the fire, and were driving around without lights or sirens, you could ofcourse pull-over the firefighters. If they refuse to pull-over you can simply suspect them, if they are driving without lights and sirens. Were they driving with C3 response Albert?

As Monte or any of the firefighters will not post here, we will come to a conclusion without them.

Kind regards,
Bryan McCollin, Training Sergeant

Negative Sergeant. They are not responding to any emergency calls, they are NOT on Code 3 (Lights on and Sirens on).

I am back and I am taking over this report again as per upon the request of Sergeant McCollins.
@The reporter: We cannot proceed without the witnesses as they're the one witnessing the scene and as they saw your part of justice, it's important for you to contact them and persuade them to show interest here.

Didn't see them IG, no response from their Argo Main Forum PM. I would say that they aren't going to respond, to be honest.

Yes this is a trivial issue.

I stand by what ever I did, whatever the independent party thinks.

I still think Ronald was heavy handed and disruptive, killing my wonderful, brave Firemen.
If I had documented it as well as Ronald, don't you think I'd of had a strong case?

Ronald in this case is looking to attack, not as a independent. Is it as important a case now? what is more serious is that multiple firemen died who was attending a fire call. Being escorted by a police officer and who had clearly said over radio several times that he would be working with them. I had not neglected my work.

I would like to counter argument that Ronald is in a much more serious case.

ARPD spirit isn't that of limitations.

I have had several discussions and a few copban, last was for shooting a unarmed suspect who was punching officers with a sniper, I said how I saw it as an opportunity to prevent damage to officers, so I standby shooting him, especially when the sus didn't want to surrender, take up police time and literally fighting to the death, in the circumstances my choice was much better - better target than 5 officers spraying each other with spray to try and get that one guy down.

I stand by what I did on that day and unless you copban me for 100 years, I will not hesitate doing it again, if you can not say how it goes against my duties and morality of an officer.

1. [NP]Monte.Montague - Obstruction of Justice, Possibly Corruption, interfering with law enforcement as a LEO, Neglience of ARPD Officer duty

much more defined response to above charges.

obstruction of justice - my views on duty, is valid and should be accepted, if for example the chief doesn't think so he is not a true leader. he had no need to shoot fireman, they was not attacking and was not evading, if he claims they was evading, why did they follow me, even whilst surrendered?

Negligence of arpd officer duty:
ARPD officers get request from fireman (server message and /e) to help in fire mission, this is usual, so if I choose to spend a bit of time to organize them in a way which we both can work better, how is it neglect.

SGT Hamza I urge you to take up the issue of Ronald murdering me, and several firemen.
I mean the cheek. What is he a mad men? How could he accidentally shoot a cop when there are 5 firemen all around who was not shooting, so why not just not shoot - it'd be best for all.

SGT, I urge you, don't let him get away with this.  :gandalf:

First, I have to clarify that, and have already stated, that killing you was an accident.

Second, I am not murdering the so called "several firemen". There are only 2 Argonath Fire Department (ARFD) Voluntary Firefighters: [M]Armando.Alemdar and [M]Bascma.Alemdar. I didn't kill them, did I?
[19:25:41] [M]Bascma.Alemdar(34) was suspected by officer Ronald_Rosso(21) for evade
I have rights to engage fire since they didn't comply, as I shouted at them to get out of the vehicle and surrender.
Quote from: Argonath Constitution
Argonath Constitutions Act XIII.II: Persons mentioned in Act XIV.I are allowed to use necessary force to prevent a crime or to stop a criminal.
Third, you prove yourself that you are lying, "5 firemen all around", are you really sure that there are 5 firefighters online? All I can see is 2 firefighters, [M]Armando.Alemdar and [M]Bascma.Alemdar.

Fourth, after the incident, I have already talked to SAPD Sergeant, Mr Hamza personally about the incident that you are killed under my police Desert Eagle. I have already apologized about the accident that I caused.

This is not relevant to this case.

Kind regards,
Ronald Rosso

P.S. I have never lied about anything in this case. If the authorities judge me  guilty as the "crimes" stated by Mr Monte Montague, I would kindly accept any punishments that the authority give.

Yes I did kill you, but I don't have any deliberates nor any intention to kill you. I don't have the chatlog of that day anymore. If you are really requiring the chatlog about me and Sergeant Hamza, please ask the administration team.

This case has been drawn to my attention...

Administration logs cannot be used for ANY rp case so only the evidence provided is allowed, and in my opinion that evidence is tainted by being edited..

From what I can see we have a case of one officer stating another is obstructing justice and that first ends up killing the second officer...
One issue of causing problems with the law enforcement does not allow another to then go break that law, you state accident but co-incidence implies otherwise ...

There is in my opinion no reason for ARPD to spend any further time on this case and it should be closed.

I leave this in the hand of the investigating officer ...

It was my fault that I killed Mr. Monte, even if it was an accident.

Since firefighters Bascma and Armando failed to respond here, I have nothing to say about this accident. Yes, I claim this as an accident, since I didn't have any intention to kill him. Even if he was law-breaking, why I should murder him?

I agree to Commissioner, let's wrap this report up.

Ronald

San Andreas Police Department
29/11/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the September the 27th  2013, at 19:53 HOURS a report was submitted by Ronald Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Hamza
- Sergeant McCollin
- Deputy Chief Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer [NP]Monte.Montague was reported for possible corruption and negligence of duties during a situation involving multiple suspects. After Monte was killed on what is claimed to be an accident, there is no way to confirm whether that statement was factual or not. Given the lack of evidence from the reporters side due to the death of the one being reported, there really is nothing more we can move on with due to the age of this case.

-- In conclusion, no action is to be taken on either sides. Since this case is over two months old, it is being closed due to lack of evidence given the circumstances.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to the Chief of Police via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Deputy Chief Mike Sangelo

Mike Sangelo
San Andreas Police Department
Retired Chief of Police
