Ok gentlemen:
First: Spamming or capsing in /p is not a ARPD issue or ARPD rules violation.
Second: If you shoot out a tire of a police car while shooting at a suspect you should expect the officer you shot at to yell at you in the radio. Because you should not shoot at a Lw Enforcement Officer. So it is totally acceptable to curse at a SAPD Senior Officer in /r after he is shooting at you because he should know better.

No it's not acceptable to curse in any matter,read the rules.

Cursing is allowed if both parties agree during roleplay scenario... This one clearly was not. Calling some one faggot over a radio in a roleplay matter is verbal assault to being with, so you are violating the law as an officer and secondly as it's not roleplay it's clear flaming.

This is a server rules issue, not a ARP rules issue. Not to be discussed here.

Capsing over police radio or any chat is not allowed,not even during roleplay over local chat. To display you shouting there is "!!!!!" for a reason .

This is a server rules issue, not a ARP rules issue. Not to be discussed here. The radio usage is typing in game, CAPS are there to show someone you are mad, what I was. If you wanna take that in this reprot you should put it under yelling or shouting,not using caps as caps is a Out Of Character issue. Not for ARPD, what is in character.

Flooding public chat is indeed not a ARPD matter,however tempban is quite suited for that behavior .

So the only ARPD rule that I can see that I violated is cursing at an Officer in the radio for an obvious unacceptable behaviour (shooting at the car of a peace officer) including maybe using an inappropriate language or not enough radio discipline, That is an in-character issue, what ARPD forum are about. All these other reasons are not for this. They are OOC as stated above.

Hello, please have a look at ARPD Rule #1 and ARPD Rule #3, Harry.

1. All server rules must be followed.

3. Be polite, even if you wish to be strict.

You have called people "faggot" and have disrespected people in the police radio. You have breached ARPD Rule #1 by calling people "faggot". Also, you have breached ARPD Rule #3 by not being polite your fellow collegues. If someone does shoots your car, it is not always on purpose. Do you understand what I am saying here Harry?

A police officer can not just open fire on a suspect that is being pursued closely by another officer. He should not wildly shoot around in the city in the first place at a driving suspect. This is not the wild west!

Yes, I understand the frustration that can create if you get shot by a fellow officer, and you get out of the persuit. But there is absolutely NO reason for swearing at fellow collegues. Try to avoid it next time by calming yourself down, people will not shoot your car on purpose. Was Chris Knight involved in this case?
