Hello, SAPD! I have been notified by Sergeant Nexus that your meeting with us was postponed due to several reasons. Sergeant Nexus told me one of the reasons:
 ''ARTA does NOT respect SAPD Command Staff'' - obviously, I am not the one doing this, because I have a high rank and it would just ashame the whole group.
  I've been asking around other members of ARTA and the conclusion was that the Cadets themselves embarass us. We didn't do nothing to get them this bad. All we told them is: ''We're un-official police division, so please respect other police divisions, as they must take over situations''. And, ESPECIALLY, as Cadets, they must closely follow Command and Training staff. Did they do that? No. They rulebreak, some of them may even abuse police duty. Now, I'm not blaming all Cadets, but some of them are obviously involved in this. One of the names that have surely embarassed us was [EES]Leon_Agony. He was just abusing cop duty, shooting other officers, then lied to admins and got temp-banned for that. Of course I was angry, but not like now! Another issue is that our Cadets are a little inactive. Cadets, are, mainly, the ones supposed to be very active, as they must patrol, gain experience and be trained. Instead, the Command Staff is much more active than all the Cadets.
  This statement and its conclusion made me a little angry. After this, I can realize that SAPD considers us un-proffesional and without any skills. BUT we're not like that! This experience told me to insert one more step into being in ARTA. From now on, ALL CADETS (even currently cadets, or the ones just being recruited) will have a full test. The first week after being recruited, they will be watched closely by the Command Staff. At the end, we'll make an average of the: Roleplay skills in certain situations, activity on server and behavior on police duty. This new measure will surely reduce the number of ''embarassing'' members.

One more update. The average has to be 9 or above so the Cadet can be considered FULL. Until this time, he's TRIAL.

I really decided to change the name, but I can't meet the Commander to approve my decision. I am not postphoning this.

What you should do is stop being so demanding about it, they are waiting for member opinions on the matter to finalize the change. Anymore about this direct it to them via private message.

The name of the group has been changed! I couldn't see the Commander, and after Alfred's demanding requests, we've changed our name.
As the above messages written by Alexander Keyne, Milano Alvarez, Rusty and me, we can see you're trying to attack our division and want us to be dead. One more time you do this and you'll be reported for trying to take us down. We're new, we have undergoing changes, of course we aren't perfect. But we are respecting SAPD command and... any ARTA member who is giving us a bad reputation might be reported to my PM or Matias's PM (chatlogs or screenshots as evidence).
Also, Alfred, try coming in-game sometime, and don't use rumours to attack us.

You can't stop me from replying, that what topic is for. Anyways, the name is changed, I no longer have a quarrel with this group. Though Im not going to wish you good luck, an immature response of one of your commanders on my personal message has just proven every single point I stated.

One more time you do this and you'll be reported for trying to take us down. We're new, we have undergoing changes, of course we aren't perfect.

Look, I understand that and I admire that there still are some unofficial groups out there, this all could have been avoided if you would have used common sense and either asked an owner of the group for permission to open the group with the name, or either open it with a different name, now really mate, you re-opened someoene elses group without giving any credit and not even trying to get a permission from the owner. Yes, SAPD Chief grant you the permission, but he wasn't the Chief when ARTP was around so it's very understandable he didnt knew whom the original ARTP belongs to. By these tough conditions it takes balls to keep an unofficial division running, and I admire the work you're trying to put in it, but stealing other peoples work is wrong. ARTP was a very respectable name, I'm sure that if you were in my situation, you'd be upset as well if someone did something like this. None of us were perfect, so wasnt ARTP when it started, but it worked its way up, and so should your group, but it should do so by its own, not by using a well known name.

As for now, the group name is changed, so I no longer have any problem with this group, may it prosper and learn from its mistakes. Anyone who has supported me here - please, no more  arguing, I've got what I fought for. Enough.

Type of event: Roadblock and corpse transportation
Describe what happened: I was at LSFD. I suddenly hear the fire alarm, and I co-operate with FD about the fire's location. I get there, and I make a roadblock, so civilians won't be in danger. After that, FD tells me that they found 2 corpses. As EMS wasn't available at the time, I take the corpses to San Fierro Pathology Lab. After the transportation, I return to normal patrol.

Hey guys, I just dropped to take a look into your forums suggestion board. I really not recommend using the database the way it was used in ARTP. It proved not to work, unless you guys manage to make it scripted in the forum (Which is impossible on the forum provider you guys use, I suggest use smfnew instead), it will not work - it will be too much of a bargain to ALT+TAB and write a report on everyone you pulled over.
