As an LCPD and even applicant you are obliged to follow the rules of the server.
The passport ensure us that you have some basic knowledge of the server rules.
And the driver license ensure us that you do have some basic knowledge of traffic rules on the server.

Without those two you will not be able to proceed forward into the LCPD. So, please do acquire them first.

And by the looks of it, you meet every condition to take on exam for passport and later on for driver license [ As you have stated that you played for 6 months ]

Actually i dont know how to get a passport or a license so,

can u tell me how to get those things cuz i cant get help from anyone :/
