-I helped in the chasing the following suspects:
1-John_Luchese (Killed)

-I also helped to Jail one of the most dangerous suspects Lee_Lucchese, he was jailed by FBI agents and with the help of LCPD officers,
it was a major operation and took us so long but finally we were able to trap him on one of the bridges and force him to surrender.
-Me and officer [Apt]GermanGun did an investigation with suspect John_Lucchese, he asked for investigation after he gave up and we went to do the investigation
the problem was that one of the officers (I don't remember his name) did a traffic stop for John because of speeding and asked him to pay the fine but John refused so the officer suspected him
when we asked John why did u refuse to pay the ticket he said I wasn't speeding but the officer is saying that he was driving with 122 km/h John denied that when we asked the officer if he was
sure that he used /speed ID he said "No, but i was going after him to stop him with 122 km/h and I couldn't reach him" so we told that its not a proof if u didn't use /speed
so, it was an invailed /su
-I chased (mertk) and forced him to surrender all by my self when I was taking him to jail officer HaZem arrived to accompany me to PD but when I arrived and was going to jail the suspect HaZem  did it before I do and gave me 500 ARD so I told him "u didn't do any thing I was the one to arrest the suspect, u don't have the right to jail him and split the money with me" so I told him "give me 400 ARD or I will report u" and left 100 ARD for him, I don't know if that was a selfish action but I think I was right.
Conclusion:
It was a wonderful day I feel great being a cop, lots of law breaks today and lots of suspects were killed
It feels great to be part of LCPD,

If HaZeM really didn't do anything, like he didn't even participate in the chase.. and then went on and jailed a suspect you guys managed to catch, then he clearly did a rulebreak called - Stealing suspect.

Basically, whenever you participate in the chase, there is no rule who can jail or not, it just matters if you are actively participating the chase or not. As for the sharing, do not ask for it or threaten by it [ Give me share or I will report you ] because sharing is NOT a must.. It is a nice thing to do, but you are not forced to do it. Although, LCPD will always encourage sharing between officers in police, because that is fair.

I helped in the chase of the following suspects:
1-WaRRioR_10   (Jailed) (For killing Anonetex) it was a long chase and a hard one too but eventually we managed to arrest him with the help of FBI agents
2-Orwell             (Jailed) (For killing [A3]Whiizzy and for aiding suspect by offering him a ride to escape) first he aided the suspect by the previous way so I suspected him after that
he killed officer Whiizzy it was not easy chase but not hard we eventually trapped him and forced him to surrender.
-Suspect yasoo was evading on a motorbike, I was in chasing him in high speed he suddenly stopped and used the handbrake I tried to stop and avoid but unfortunately I couldn't so I rammed him
hard and he was carkilled by me while he was still on his bike.
-Sometimes I car kill officers by mistake because I couldn't see them because they are invisible to me I don't know why and I loose 500$, I don't care about the money but I really don't want that kind of thing to make me Incompetent officer, how can I avoid that in the future?
-I stopped 3 firemen in a FT ([TLB]Ahmadk , Ghosty_[D]inger and another one that I don't remember his name) because I responded to a 911 call about a civilian possessing a firearm and showing it in public but did not use it so I asked the one of them that matched the description of the 911 caller,his name was Ghosty_[D]inger , he did not deny that he possess the firearm and he did show it in public but he told me that was only for self defense reason so I warned that this action is not allowed and he should have called 911 and I didn't suspect him, was that the right thing to do or I should have suspected him ?
-I was accidentally car killed by pro4ever while I was on duty, I was runing on foot to catch a suspect and he didn't see me and he was reversing with an ambulance and my health was low but he did not ask for investigation I don't know if he didn't do that because he doesn't know or he didn't want to, I did not have the time to explain to him the process of an investigation because I was in pursuit with another suspect.
-I chased Charlie_Calston he was provoking by saying in main chat "bring it on cops " I ignored that and didn't report, while I was chasing him he tried to make me fall in the water by tricking me by drifting in high speed but I did not fall in his trick and I rammed his car and made him fall from the cleft instead when I told to /gu he insulted me and evaded in water I reported him for evading in water and ignored his insult again then after one of the admins warned I and another officers (that joined the chase after that) continued the chase and then we jailed him.            
-I participated in a DD event today while I was on /duty with the cruiser, it was fun but sadly I didn't win. I don't know if it was ok to join while on duty with the cruiser or not?
-I am confused about one of the rule-breaks (Cop hunting) : when a civilian (not a suspect) shoots more than one officer and kill them is that considered a cop hunting and should use /report or I should use /su and if I used /su for what reason, because officer Noire today used /su for killing cops on one of the civilians that did the same thing that I am asking about.
 
Conclusion:
Today was fun day , lots of confusing incidents and lots of rule breaks

- Invisible officers, or just invisible players should do /refereshme cmd [ I think that is the command ] to show their character again. As for the avoiding to run over people, just drive slower when they are around you

- As for the firemen, it's all up to you. Depending from the roleplay situation you can either suspect them fro disturbance/showing weapon in public or just warn them like you did. If you suspect him, they would probably ask for an investigation and you would have to call the person who did /call 911 for them. Anyways, be sure to mention to the person who saw the whole situation and called police, that sometimes.. due to the bad synchronization, people can look like they are holding a weapon in their hands even dough they do not [ This is specific just for weapons that are held in one hand - Pistol, MP5 ]

- You can participate with a cruiser in the events that admins organized. If a player organized a DD on for example gas station roof, then better go off duty and then join it.

- Basic rule for wanted players/Suspect.. is that they need to run away from the police. If they are not doing that and are basically just constantly waiting for you to continue the chase or circling around the same area for ever just because they are having fun that way.. that is a cophunt. The same way it can be for newcomers, where as a civilians [ Not suspects, but civilians ] they tend to ram, shoot or just show off in front of the police. If you do not see any type of roleplay in it and you think it's just a plain trick to get the attention of police to suspect him.. then you are to avoid suspecting him and instead of that /report to admins if he does not want to stop

In that specific situation, it looks like the guy did some kind of DeathMatch [ rulebreak ] in which case he should be reported to admins. Never ever suspect for plain DeathMatch, where a guy just starts shooting on you without any RolePlay reason. Try to avoid them and just wait for admin to show up hehe

Thank you for your advices and explaining to me the confusing things that I met in my duty, I will try to avoid the invisible players but its hard if you cant see them and for the firemen situation I prefer to warn them if they were new players because they can't RP but if they were regular players I will suspect them and if they wanted an investigation I will do it (RP).

-After I suspected HaZeM and began to chase him he officer Bassie came to help but the suspect got out of his car and officer Bassie was coming fast and accidentally car killed him

Conclusion:
Short patrol day today and quite one too

-I always offer to be partner to one of the officers but no one respond , I really prefer to patrol with a partner to help each other if something happened

Incidents:

-I helped to chase the suspect yakup for GTA , he was killed.
-There was a problem with officer Noire and the suspect Yasyo, Officer Noire reported Yasyo for DM but was denying that he was death-matching what happened is as follow:
I suspected Yasyo for evading traffic stop then I started to chase him with the help of other cops including Officer Noire and I_Joker, Noire managed to flip Yasyo's Sultan and then Yasyo got out of his flipped car and started to run and we chased him after I warned him saying /gu or we will shoot u, then I_Joker shot him so Yasyo brought his shotgun out and started to shoot back at us so Noire reported him for DM and Admin Mane_Lucchesse responded to the report but he left us after admin DeeJay came and solved the problem that Yasyo did not do DM and officer Noire was talking to Yasyo with bad attitude.
-Same problem happened with Officer [BG]Black and Andrusha_10 but this time I did not see anything, When I logged in for the second time I saw Black and Andrusha_10 arguing, when I asked Andrusha what is the problem he said Black suspected me for shooting in public and I was not shooting in public so I asked him to surrender and ask for investigation so I can investigate him and see if he was innocent but he did not respond so I asked again but he just kept talking and arguing with Black and did not respond to me so I told him that if you didn't surrender I will have to shoot you but also no respond from him( I know that he could see the chat , because he was talking with us) , then officer Black told me that he was DM so I called an admin and DeeJay came and tried to solve the problem but Andrusha /q or crashed.         
-We did a RP today about some angry crowd blocking the main road at main gas station, they were protesting illegally about peace and wars and cop brutality.
The FBI , NOoSE and LCPD were cooperating to clear the road and to prevent the protesters from disturbing the peace in the city but they did not respond and we had to suspect them and use force to arrest them. lots of new players were ruining the RP but we managed to continue , I was sad about one thing that I wasn't one of the NOoSE officers .

 
Conclusion:
It was a good day today, there were no many suspects today most of them were jailed not killed and that's a good thing.
I had to double my effort to make up for yesterday's short patrol

-Me and cadet [Apt]Bullit investigated suspect ClearPieee after he asked for the investigation, he was suspected by WaRRioR for evading traffic stop the problem was as follow :
WaRRioR pulled ClearPieee over for reckless driving and gave him only a warning , then after a while WaRRioR pulled him over again for the same reason but this time he asked ClearPieee to pay the fine which is 100$ , but ClearPieee was refusing , WaRRioR took a while to write something to ClearPieee so he left WaRRioR and went away , then WaRRioR suspected him for evading traffic stop, after he was suspected he stopped and surrendered and asked for investigation . That is what we (me , and cadet Bullit) heard from them but there were no witness except for [Apt]Victor but he was not online at the moment of the investigation so we asked a high rank officer to unsuspect ClearPieee for lack of evidence , after a while WaRRioR told us in the radio to come and see ClearPieee reckless-driving right now so I respond and told him to pull him over and if he refused suspect and I told him that we were mistaken for unsu him in the first place
-Me, Cadet Bullit and WaRRioR chased ClearPieee after he was suspected by WaRRioR for evading and reckless driving then his car flipped by me he refused to get out of his car (abusing a bug) so we called an admin and the admin warned him so he got out and started to run then we killed after we warned him to /gu , Yasyo was at the scene and sounded a couple of horns before we kill ClearPieee so WaRRioR or Bullit suspected him for aiding a suspect , so Yasyo told us that he did not aid any one , then on of them called an admin so John_Doe came and he unsuspected him for a reason about the procedures of the chase or something like that , and he told us 2 officers are more then necessary to arrest a suspect, I don't know if that is a good reason to unsuspect Yasyo , I'm not saying that he had bad judgment but I want to know what we did wrong (I did not have the chance to ask).   


Conclusion:
It was a hard day , suspects kept rule-breaking and they were not RP fair.
This Police duty is hard to be done properly without the presence of admins

1-sanjar12345        (Evading traffic stop and threatening civilians using a firearm), During the chase our game crashed and after couple of hours he logged in again, so I jailed him
2-[sum]                 (Evading traffic stop) , He is a new player so after I suspected him and arrested him I warned that what he did was wrong and told him the right thing then I told him that he was going to jail for not stopping when an officer pulled you over, He did not deny and told me that he well not do it again.

-WaRRioR_10  (Speeding with 122km/h inside the city) (The fine was 100$, but he did not pay it ) (Details in the incidents part of the report)

-I pulled WaRRioR_10 over because he was speeding inside the city (122 km/h) , I told him what he did wrong and told him that he have to pay 100$ , he told me that you have to warn me first and then make me pay the fine if I did it again , so I told that he knows the laws and that he have a passport and a driving license , So he wrote /me taking out the wallet , I thought he will pay but he tricked me and drove his car away at very high speed I did not have the chance to suspect him so I wrote in the police radio "all units when you see ID 10 suspect him for evading T.S and refusing to pay ticket " one of the officers respond to my call (Martjin) and he suspected WaRRioR and wrote in the suspection reason " Evading traffic stop l ElGendy " , then WaRRioR surrenderd and asked for investigation I was close to him so I picked him up and I was driving him to the mgs so any officer could investigate him but sadly my connection was down and I could not log in again after a while I logged in again and when I asked what happened to the suspect they told that he was unsuspected.        

Conclusion:
It was a quite day , There were not many suspects today

-I have investigated Anonetex (Car killed Frank_Lucchese) l Suspect was proven innocent by the victim testimony.
It was my first investigation alone , so It was not really successful one (I made some mistakes) , but I asked from Captain Mehail to give me some instructions about investigation.          

Conclusion:
My game crashed allot today , so I could not patrol for a long time.

-Today , during the first chase of AhmadAk I called the NOoSE operatives for backup , because we could not catch the suspect and there were no any FBI agents available.
-On the second time, I suspected AhmadAk , because he refused to pay the fine after I pulled him over and wrote the ticket for him the he ran away and entered the roof of one of the buildings in the second island next to the railway , so I called NOoSE backup again to brake into the building and bring the suspect down while I was at the street speaking in the microphone to tell him to surrender and he is surrounded ,but he refused so the NOoSE operatives had to use deadly force and went on the opposite building to try to snipe the suspect but the suspect was out of there sight so they had to use the Helicopter but the suspect ran into the helicopter and committed a suicide .         

Conclusion:
It was not a quite day but not a busy one either

   Investigation results : Suspect found innocent l It was an accident (someone pushed his car to kill the victim)

- I pulled over a citizen car for speeding and driving in the wrong way , I was going to give him a warning only (New player) but [L_SF]Aiden parked his cruiser beside me and ignored me when I was telling him to go I can handle this but he just kept speaking to the citizen and made him pay a ticket (100$) although the citizen did not know how to pay it and Aiden told him how (That means he is a new player ) . I'm putting this in my report for 2 reasons first : stealing a pull over and ignoring me completely , second : Abusing /fines .
-You must investigate about this [SF] clan , they are braking lots of laws and rules (I don't hate them and I'm not angry from them , they are like my brothers but they need to be taught laws and procedures, I'm trying to do so but they are ignoring me )
-There was a player early today (freecop) abusing weapons and braking every rule and law I know , He event tried to bribe me with 1k to not report him , when I refused to stay silent by his abusing he killed me (There were no admins at the moment ) , lots of players were damaged from his attitude , I don't remember his name exactly , I think it Bullsat or something.
Note : I don't know how to take a print screen in the game , I have tried to google it but I couldn't find it

Conclusion:
It was a long busy day , tried to make up for my absence.
