12. Why do you want to join the LCPD?: I have the time to be with LCPD and I want to see how the LCPD operates, gain more police experience in LCPD, and be a dedicated member of their department as I am with the San Andreas Police Department.

IVMP is deciding to act funny and every time I try to click server browser nothing opens. And if I do quick connect and type in server ip I get "could not connect." or something like that. I tried reinstalling IVMP but that didnt work. I'll be reinstalling GTA IV now to see if that works (and it should). Expect a patrol report tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Patrol time:
About 1 hour 30 minutes.

Incidents:
There weren't many incidents today except we had a civilian begin evading from an Officer on the west most island. He was suspected and backup was called. I then drove there and assisted the other officer. He was constantly running from the other officer including running on the highway also. He was a constant danger not only to other civilians but to the officer as he had to give chase on a highway. He began running through an alley and the other officer had started shooting at him as all other forms of getting him to stop proved to be useless. I drove and kept up with him and eventually when he ran out onto the road, he was downed. He was then declared dead.       

Conclusion:
It was an interesting fun filled day as I was able to speak with a civilian that driving without a car door is not a very safe plan. I patrolled around the gas station and around the freeway by the airport. Only 1 real incident occurred and from there I returned to the Police Department and had gone off duty.

I got IVMP working. However the screen is kind of blurry for me. I will see if I can get this fixed as it kind of hurts my eyes (even though I play at Max Resolution). I'm on Leave from SAMP until the end of June (30/31) as I will not be in Los Angeles (Where I live). I will be able to play for the entire weekend though, however the following week I wont be on till Wednesday Night/Early Thursday Morning. I'm not very sure how long patrols are supposed to be, but I will do them for One to Two hours if that's acceptable.

As for the blurry IV:MP, try pressing P key in game or enabling Definition in settings.

Your inactivity is noted. Patrols don't have any specific lenght, one or two hour/s is just fine.

About 1 hour.

Incidents:
The first incident involved a person who decided to begin racing in the city. I tried to pull him over but he kept evading from me. I then gave chase. He was driving a motorcycle and it was somewhat hard to keep up with him. Eventually though he hit a tree and went flying off his bike landing him face first into the ground. He was declared dead on scene.       

Conclusion:
Smooth day today. Just had to deal with one racer and besides that it was a quiet patrol on the Highways as I usually drive on.

Unfortunately, I can either focus half on SA:MP and IVMP or focus solely on SA:MP. I am still needed there more then here so until I will not be needed as much in SA:MP (Due to needing to Oversee the Academy Instructors) I wont be able to head into IVMP. Sorry for wasting your time. Once some weight is lifted off my shoulder in SA:MP, I will reconsider coming back to IVMP where hopefully I will be able to become an Officer. Thanks for everything, and welcoming me in.
