Howdy, well as you may have guessed by the topic's title this is a goodbye...

  Since I became a cadet I have been target of multiple DMers and Copbaiters from the server's players, this is not "healthy" to the community branch I might say. In the beginning I tough it was only some people however the more I got into the server there more and more people refused to RP, started to moan and the worst part was that they were the ones rule breaking, the only person that supported me as a freecop when I arrived on the server was GermanGun and I give my respect towards him and support him on his career however, IV:MP is turning into a cop & robbers the why I came to this dissension.

  Not only the players, but I have also found members from the administrative team shitting on players as the "superiors" and doing god knows what while other admins are in that place and deserve to be there working hard every day even dough they aren't recognized by others. Another sad point here is simply the FBI and LCPD connection, sometimes I feel like they act as group of groups which are here to fight each other and not to help each other, and to add to this, I mostly like to bet that 90% of the server's players do not acknowledge that both FBI and LCPD are ARPD as well as all the other ARPD divisions (SAPD, VCPD, LU LCPD, And all the FBI branches) are there to work together.

  This being why I have come to this decision, I will be moving back to SA:MP and VC:MP hopefully, and I hope to see some of you there.

Kerbe - I have enjoyed working with you since the MTA:SA FBI Branch and I hope to do so again in the future, good luck with LCPD mate.
Kevin aka GermanGun aka RedBullet - I always liked your style and helping me as a freecop and trough the academy, thanks for the support instructor
Martijn - Since I joined the server you were there and helped me, and I will be there for you trough your career, see you on.
Pokedude - We weren't really close however, you were always friendly towards me and other free-cops on the server.
George - I don't have to tell you how much you helped me, good luck on your future career mate.
And of course all the LCPD Staff.

though you didn't stay for long, you were full of ideas, suggestions and possible improvement every single day. Your contribution to the department is unquestionable, though it might not be visible at this moment. Thank you for your effort, your dedication and the will you have shown. This kinda came out unexpected as I really believed you would push towards to DETD and bring up RolePlay a bit more from the current level. The current situation of the whole police-criminal thing ain't really satisfying but believe me we had it even worse earlier on. We just need to keep doing our job the best we can or else it will become even more toxic. The interaction between me and you maybe wasn't the best but I appreciate the effort you've put for DETD suggestions. That is not something we are used to, but is nice to see

Well, I tough that I would join DETD and improve the RP with in the department however the server is making me lose interest every single day with its beahavior, I didnt meet the DETD requirements after all. Anyways, thank you and good luck with you career Mr. Janitor

After 3 hours of hard thinking and brainstorming I have came out to a possible solution to this problem, fortunately I have decided to stay,  yes that's right I'll stay.
However, my activity will drop a few hours due school, I will be informing you all of my plan to bring up role-play with in the department however, it might take a few days or weeks to get a topic ready.
Regarding the rule breakers and DMers I have only 1 sentence, no f**ks are given.
I will be coming up with new ideas towards HSRD, DETD and Academy soon.
