- Failure to perform duty accordingly resulting in crime and endangerment of life. Serious Neglect of Duty's.

 I feel there is a great miscarriage of justice and generally that he is totally ignoring his entire job role by simply allowing a crime to happen right next to him.

Ayo. Yea' So I was there. Walking from my regular place of sitting down  and chillaxing in Pershing sQ. Chea'  to LSPD, Chea'.
When this guy came along and was tryna rob me necklace.

Oh fee fi fo thumb... I was scared as hell, and expected Officer Luca. to protect me in my time of need, oh heavens above how  I was wrong...

Chea' I called 911 and everything, I ran inside LSPD expecting to see an officer, but none was there.
Chea', I made a 911 call inside LSPD. No one contacted me.

This Officer however was fee fi fo thumb present at the time and chea' refused and totally ignored the crimes that were going on.
I was shot and robbed of my necklace in the end and left to fend for my self.


Officer neglected his duties by allowing a man to rob and shoot someone at gun point.

Alright so yeah, I was dealing with Ricks request due to the fact he was being chased with a knife by Lustig, with yours, the guy wanted to be suspect and then jailed he PM'd me asking it, therefore I ignored it.
If you can get the suspect here and ask him yourself then go ahead, I ignored him due to the fact, asking to to be suspected is against rules.

I told you also before on TS to stop harassing me and following me around, along with your comments, if you cannot do that then I suggest we will have to go further in terms of adminstration because this cannot continue, you did this before I was banned and now your doing it after.

I was dealing with another crime, I did not see yours unfold, I dealt with Lustig and Ricks, I then run up to the entrance to LSPD and remember rightly went AFK for 10-15mins filling out a application form. Your call.

How can you say that you didn't saw the crime, as you were right next to it?

In the video evidence, I do not see you AFK for 10-15 minutes as you said, you were in the LSPD Door indeed, but when Mr. Monte called 911, you were standing at Pershing Square, in the curb, clearly not AFK. Do you mind explaining that?

I didn't see them pointing guns and stuff, I didn't pay attention, I was too busy already handling a issue with another crime, I cannot handle so much at once.
Well I went AFK at the door, I came back, went to the admin Jeremy at the curb, was speaking with him and Traser and not really paying attention to Monte due to the fact, I was to busy with them guys.
In terms of the 911, I am not the only officer in the area, If I am busy speaking with administrators im pretty sure they can deal with it.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April 29, 2015, at 22:46 HOURS a report was submitted by Monte Montague as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Pedro Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- In need to get more information about the situation, the reporter of this report is no longer in the server.

-- In conclusion, this report will be closed, since there is a lack of information that I needed to gather with the reporter.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
