This cop doesn't care if i reported him and he keeps doing the same thing over and over again. When i was suspected he kept chasing me in the blue bullet sports car and he shot me as an unarmed suspect and he keeps abusing his power. He does not want to follow SAPD Rules and doesnt wanna follow the procedures
