It was already discussed between me, Marco and Klaus.

Brian (aka Andrew) was recommended to apply because whenever he is active, he plays as a cop so it'll be good enough if he can put in an hour or two a week. It wouldn't make much sense to have as experienced cop being a freecop while playing as a cop

You are currently not meeting the activity requirements that is expected of you as a VCPD Cadet. In order to graduate from the Academy you must improve your activity ingame. If you fail to improve your activity you will be dismissed from the Academy.
