To elaborate on Alf Svennson's bringing the tractor to a car show. I personally think it is symbolic because Alf Svennson's is a member of the Federal Liberation Army (FLA). Why even bring a tractor to the city limits especially to a car show?  I don't think the man intentionally tried to make it symbolic but if you look deeper there has to be a connection somewhere! Next thing we know this man brings a tank into town and blows the whole city up! We honestly do not know what they have in the Flint County areas but it is something for the CIA to investigate. I hope to get an answer from the CIA ASAP. The Federation Liberation Army is against the current leaders of the government of Argonath and they will defend their rights and freedoms. The active leaders of FLA are Mikal and Hubbe Sevennson. FLA uses the ammunation to defend their rights and they will block off Flint County from outsiders if they have to. Is the current government going to do anything to assassinate these leaders or is everyone going to reunite in the end? Should we have more gun law rights in the states of San Andreas?

Whatever the resolution is how safe are the cities going to be in the near future.

I believe that through this response I unanimously express the stance of the law enforcement bodies of the States. Sufficient measures will be brought into action on the third of January and I am confident that such measures will succeed - to an extent - to contain any viable threat to the safety of the persons involved in the event.

I would like to also reiterate that our fundamental mission is to preserve the lives of the citizens at all costs. This should serve as a reminder and a genuine statement of goodwill and determination to complete the ceremony with no casualties and thus, prevail against unlawful revolutionary groups in the area.

I also trust that co-operation from all law enforcement sides will make this task easier, especially considering that this is not only a one-sided event, but it does also involve other parties, namely the San Andreas Fire Department in a constant struggle and active collaboration in the goal of defeating anomalies.
