[WITHDRAWN] Reinstatement Request - [WS]Spike
« on: February 14, 2016, 13:06:47 pm »

Reinstatement Request of [WS]Spike

1. In-game nickname and RP name: [WS]Spike - Mike 'Spike' Scarlatti

2. Former names: [WS]Spike_Kolta, Angela Kolta, Fernando_Tlinga (Forgive me if I missed any)

3. Rank/s when you left LCPD: LCPD Officer

4. Are you currently member of any other law enforcement group or department in Argonath?: Yes

SA:MP FBI - Supervisory Special Agent
MTA:SA FBI - Division Director
NOoSE - TRU Operative

5. Have you been reinstated before? If "yes", what was/were the reason/s you left then?: No

6. Why do you want to be reinstated?:
I started to raise my activity within the IV:MP server and it seems that the LCPD is growing, as a result I'm planing on joining so I can help the LCPD grow stronger. I also have many friends within the LCPD and I believe that if I join I will be able to spend more time with them and in addition to that possibly make new friends too. I would also like to increase the amount of operations which take part ingame, when I was in the LCPD a year ago we had many fun trainings and operations such as checkpoints, however the amount of operations taking place IG decreased and I hope to be able to "revive" them.

On the other hand there also new types of operations with wider varieties which can take place with the new NOoSE divisions and I hope to use that to the department's advantage, which in result will make the LCPD Officer's job more lively and entertaining as well as making civilians feel interested in the department and perhaps change their views on crime.

Signed,
Mike 'Spike' Scarlatti

Greetings, Mike 'Spike' Scarlatti

You have applied to be reinstated in the Liberty City Police Department.

The Liberty City Police Department's Academy Staff would like to welcome you back and thank you for showing interest in joining our organisation.
But before proceeding further, How could you ensure us that you will not resign just like the last time?, If you answered then your reinstatement request has been NOTED and is taken into account and will be carefully assessed. You will have to post patrol reports, which forms can be found here, to show us how dedicated you are to this cause.

If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to ask.

Last time I left due to school and having to focus my activity within the SA:MP server however now that I have more free time and that my activity within the IV:MP server is increasing I believe that staying with the LCPD will not be a problem, as a result I believe it will take quite a sum of time for me to resign again. I will start posting my patrol reports soon.

Patrol time:
5:30 to 6 hours

Patrol partners:
LCPD Sergeant - [R*]Twenty (Patrol/PIT Training)
LCPD Lieutenant - Kevin_Parker (Morning shift)
LCPD Cadet - Vincent (Patrol)
LCPD Sergeant Harzy (PIT Training/Small shooting training)

Suspects pursued:
Darkobubmarko - Shooting - Killed
[adittok] - Murder - Killed

Traffic stops conducted:
((Forgot_newbie)) - Driving on the wrong lane - Warning Issued
((Forgot_newbie2)) - Drifting, Driving on the wrong lane - Warning Issued

Incidents:
I stated the patrol in the morning from the NOoSE Headquarters by myself. I patrolled for an hour but I realized that the city was calm, so I went off duty. A few hours later I returned to duty and noticed that there were a few incidents ongoing, so I assisted the officers, hopefully there were no casualties in either sides so I resumed my patrol. A few moments later LCPD Cadet Vincent requested to join me with my patrol and I accepted, the city quickly got busy ((player base sky-rocked)) and many situations started to arise and I started to respond to them. We conducted one traffic stop within that time of a civilian which was driving on the wrong lane, he seemed new to the state so he was let off with a warning, quickly soon after a pursuit was called in by officer Martin_Collin to which we responded code 3, it was a long pursuit and the suspect ended up dying.

A few moments after when i patrolling around the city Sergeant Crozier and Sergeant Sanderson were hosting a small PIT and Pursuit training to which I joined, we trained for around 20 to 30 minutes and then resumed the patrol, my partner LCPD Cadet Vincent had finished his shift so I resumed my shift with Sergeant Sanderson. A few moments after he also had finished his shift so I resumed the patrol by myself. As I was approaching DPD I saw Sergeant Crozier and when I saw him I asked him to have a shootout training, we started the training for four rounds, moments after we finished a suspect approached us and started to evade after multiple warnings he had to be taken down ; I went off duty as my shift had ended.

Patrol time:
2:30 to 3 hours (+2 hours on NOoSE Duty)

Patrol partners:
LCPD Freecop - Martin Collin
LCPD Lieutenant / TRU Operative - [R*]Twenty
LCPD Lieutenant / TRU Operative - Kevin_Parker
TRU Commander - Bass

Suspects pursued:
((Forgot_Name)) - Murder - Suicided
((Forgot_Name)) - Evading TS - Jailed
End - Driving with an expired license - Jailed

Traffic stops conducted:
End - Reckless driving, driving, driving on the wrong lane - Jailed

Incidents:
I started my patrol in the afternoon with my partner Martin Collin, we firstly patrolled around Dukes however everything was calm some we moved on to another island. As we were driving by Northwood we saw some action taking place on a house's roof, soon after we heard shots being fired ontop, so we called for backup, none responded so me and officer collin breached the building, we detained three civilians and cleared the roofs, the suspect which had attempted to evade fell from the roof and died, after examining the body we released the civilians and resumed the patrol. As we were driving back towards dukes we came across a police chase and we engaged in it, after a log chase the suspect's car was flipped and we managed to jail him.

A few minutes later we arrived at dukes and headed towards the Main Gas Station where we saw a vehicle reckless driving, so we pulled over the driver and started a traffic stop, it soon became clear the reason. After searching the license we found out it was invalid, consequently the man was arrested and jailed at the Dukes Police Department. After that I went off my shift for a break and so did my partner. A few minutes later I returned to duty where I saw TRU Operative Twenty, a few moments after we started a NOoSE TRU training with Operatives K. Parker, Twenty and Commander Bass which lasted for 1:30 to 2 hours. After that we had a short armored patrol.
