Raphael Deluca, End of Watch.
« on: September 06, 2016, 23:53:56 pm »
This evening, I in characterly went to John infront of everyone and gave him my badge, saying "Senior Officer Raphael Deluca, End of Watch."

This resignation is based a large combination of stacked issues which is repeated in SAPD, Argonath and IRL. Not only by myself but others as well.

First of all, I think I have the right to express that I feel unfairly treated when it comes to Head Command's recent decision not to promote me and accept me into the Sergeant Training Program. I was accepted in L*RP SASD STP, but I fail this STP apparently. I don't even get accepted. I was as well given a reason which is basically just a massive stir in the porridge without really giving me proper answers on why I was rejected. It was more like "We kind of decided to reject you because somethings that may be out of RP which may be relevant to public chat, group chat, etc."

Not only this, I have dealt with enough rejections lately. I was recently promoted IRL, now that promotion is being withdrawn by the Management and they are placing me back on the bottom for something that I didn't even do. So I do not feel like I am fairly treated regardless here or in real life. Thus this was my job and everything I relied on, so I am pretty much depressed as I do not even have education right now. Thus that I do not think Argonath will head into the right direction anymore. It takes one step forward and two steps back from my point of view. So I will not stay here anymore either.

Those of you who are my friends, you know who you are. So there will be no honorary mentions.

Shame that you have to leave like this brother I see your point of view entirely and I see where your coming from, I myself don't like the route Argonath is going and I around 90 percent of the players agree also, you are not alone.

Well, let me start of by saying I think I have ''the right'' to comment on this subordination, then. I don't see why you're bringing up whatever you did or achieved in another server, as if it's some kind of quality level that should be seen as a ticket for ranks in Argonath. I don't see why you think behaviour outside of RP should not be taken into account when looking at possible people eligible for promotion. It's quite obvious that ranks such as this require more responsibility than just being able to activate running mods and aimbots to chase down suspects all day. A Sergeant represents the department in more ways than just in RP, you should know this if you're as experienced as you'd like us all to believe you are. You're saying command didn't give you proper answers while 1.) you're not supposed to ask for them, 2.) they're not in a position where they have to give 'proper answers' to you and all this while 3.) you provided 3 very clear reasons in your very next sentence (behaviour in public chat, group chat, and attitude outside of RP). I don't think they could've been any more generous and straightforward in giving you reasons, while really they should've just told you to get back to work.

Maybe instead of playing the blaming game everywhere you should try to do some reflection and start looking at the reason 'why' all this bad stuff is happening to you. The world is a bad place but come on, I'm sorry for saying this but step up your game and start taking some f**king responsibility in your life. Convincing yourself you're ''depressed'' and being ''treated unfairly'' and that life is only throwing curveballs at you isn't going to get you jack-shit, it's just a collosal waste of time.

Also, just because you wanna think your life in Sweden or Norway or wherever the f**k in the first-world you live is far from ideal because your coffee wasn't hot this morning, doesn't mean SOMEHOW ''Argonath isn't going into the right direction anymore''

What we're dealing with here is a case of obvious rankhunting that didn't work out combined with a bit of playing the victim and pulling the ''my life is shit'' card. Get your shit together man, that's the most forthright and genuine thing I can tell you and you'll probably thank me for it later when you're done feeling sorry for yourself.

Thus don't try to give me a lecture about real life. You don't have any idea what you're talking about. I have never commented on your real life, so now I suggest you stick your nose up someone else's pussy. None asked you for your opinion about shit. And yeah, from your perspective Argonath may not be perfect. But hey what can we expect from someone who has his head so far up Gandalf's ass that he agrees on everything he says regardless if it is right or wrong.

I officially quit the SAPD as well after continue of events that occurred with the SAPD and nobody has changed anything to resolve the issues about it. SAPD will mistreat officers and continue favortized their officers. An example would be [Rstar]Drix. He went inactive for a year to a different server and then came back promoting to Lt. within a few months. While I was a Supervisory Sergeant with a few others knowing that one of us was going to assume the Lt role of position soon but it was stolen by Drix and handed to him. Then a month after that Drix became Chief. Nothing throughout the years of SAPD has ever made me quiet mad and I resigned because of that. Recently in events, I have been a SAPD Recruit but only getting shitted on by these new high ranked cops that have no respects. When it came to a situation I was not able to receive any heavy weaponry only because these new SAPD command leaders don't have a backbone to fix this rule. The main problem is that the high ranking officers do not use all resources to accomplish for mission success. When I had a situation of a massive code purple, I regrouped all my officers did NOT matter what rank they were hell I even used the Fire Department and EMS to respond to these situation. Who says they have to be cop? As long as they were a first responder I did not care. I used all my resources, equipped everyone with the proper equipment, and successfully had mission accomplishment. It is simple, but again for some reason they do not see it the same way I do. They almost like seeing the criminals win. Why do I care anymore... And yes, the titanic boat with ARPD logo is a perfect example of what is going to happen if they keep it up.  :app:

I'm replying to what you're posting. You wanna bring up how you feel ''depressed'' and how everything's going wrong in your life, drawing similarities with Argonath, playing the victim and being miserable in public altogether. Nobody asked me for my opinion but I'm free to give it anyway, just like you're free to cry about it. Isn't that beautiful? Except I don't like posting something useless like ''get well soon'' and I don't like taking bullshit like this seriously. I'm giving you pretty valuable advice tbh, you just don't want to see this because you think I'm out to get you. The sooner you'll realize this the sooner that little 'depression' of yours will fade and you'll start doing things that'll lead to improvement. Also, I'm not really ''up your pussy'', whatever you're trying to say with that. I'm doing quite the opposite of flattering you like the rest of these folks are.

As for what I think of Gandalf and the way Argonath's headed, I think that's pretty irrelevant here. I don't even know what's going on in SA:MP right now other than that there's some territory system you're all so butthurt about that you managed to once again post 15 pages within a day. Maybe that's why I'm not ''depressed'', I don't participate in that cancer.

I do not care about your way of defending yourself for what I said to you. I do not need to read 500 words about it. I am not depressed about Argonath. I never get depressed about Argonath, SAPD, SWAT or anything which is relevant to my PC. What I get depressed about is that I was relying on my job as I had an active apprenticeship there. And now I am most likely to quit that job. That means when I quit it, my education goes down the drain because I have zero high school education to grant me admission. Which means I am most likely not able to get a job. This is why I am depressed. I do not need your advice to get over a depressed. Whether I like it or not, depression will fade. They are like clouds.

You may be free to give your opinion, but people are always facepalming when you come in with your attempted to be the maturest in the center kind of opinion. So go away please. I did not want you in this thread to begin with.

You said you don't have time to reply to me, yet within 5 minutes you are the one to come up with '500 words' as a reply anyway. Now you're saying you don't care and don't want to read what I said again, following it with '500 words' yet again. Make your mind up. Maybe your SAPD resignation topic isn't the best place to cry your heart out over how you're depressed and how ''thus'' Argonath is going into the wrong direction if you don't want to look like you're ''''''depressed'''''' over Argonath. Maybe you shouldn't paraphrase the SAPD with your real life job, saying how you feel you are being ''''''treated unfairly'''''' in both 'organizations' and act like it's EVERYONE'S FAULT BUT YOURS. Why are you even telling me about how you failed in life? Why do I have to know you don't have a high school diploma? Is everyone supposed to feel sorry? Is this supposed to cover up how you just ragequit the SAPD because you failed to rankhunt your way to Sergeant? Are we supposed to pat you on the back while you're just taking a massive dump on the SAPD? If you like firing shots, be prepared to get some recoil, especially when you're giving everyone allllll this munition.

I couldn't care less what your friends are telling you about my posts. I know I'm in the right here and I'd even argue that I'm doing you a favor by not being your shoulder to cry on. That's never helped out anyone.

Are we supposed to pat you on the back while you're just taking a massive dump on the SAPD? If you like firing shots, be prepared to get some recoil, especially when you're giving everyone allllll this munition.
You're right because you do not come in supporting but rather like "Hey here you go I am right and you're wrong". My SAPD resignation is not based on the ground of my IRL status. It is a contribution to it. What really makes me resign from SAPD is how artificial people are. How I can get denied from STP and such things where people fail to mix what is OOC and what is IC. For example when it comes to arguements and when I joked about how I got into SWAT saying that my tongue is still brown from asslicking which was a clear joke, but there is always someone on the screenshot button who really loves to destroy things for people. I am not depressed over Argonath. I am depressed over the events that has transpired IRL.

If you really want to know, then I can tell you here and now that one of the associates selling on behalf of an organization which is very important for our company, treated a customer really bad. The associate got fired, but they had to dig deeper into where the error was. It was not with me I can tell you that, but they pinned it on me regardless. This is because I was the one to have had a performance follow up on this associate earlier to help him improve his sales techniques and how he approaches a customer. Now this was followed by the book, but this associate goes outside the script and it totally backfired on him. And I took a massive shot for it. So now they decided to demote me down to Associate and what did they do instead? They f**king recruited a guy who quit the Company a year ago when I received the manager job when he did not. So I have every f**king reason to be depressed, so you go and f**k off with your assumptions about how this is my fault when it is clearly not.

Neither do I go around and hunt for promotions. Not in real life, or in Argonath. Never have I been doing that. I served happily in another RP community as a Corporal and Sergeant in Training for about 3 years, so no I do not give a shit about ranks to be honest. I know I am authorian and a good leader and I do not need a virtual rank to tell me that. Did I expect a promotion is however a different story. Yes, I did expect to be promoted. For everything that I did for the department, how I assisted and motivated officers on the field, how I helped and trained officers to improve, how I held patrols and organized units and did lead them on the field. Things like these are key factors to a proper leader.

SAPD needed leaders who do not give a f**k about people's flaws, but rather help them improve on things. This is what I did. I am not going to say that my attitude was perfect, because it wasn't. I talked smack and I had fun and I do not regret it. However, if someone is flaming me, I will not cry over a video game about it. I will rather help them become better on the field and make sure that they respect and understand the hierarchy of SAPD.

Let me make you an example of what I did once, I was on a SWAT training and I started pointing out mistakes that all the different operatives did. This is not how it should be done. I know, but it is what everyone had done to me and to other officers in the department. They do not point out good things, they do not help you improve. They expect you to do this yourself. Instead I was quite the opposite as I did point out good things and negative things to people, I told people what they could work on and how they could be better. This is something that is lacking in SAPD.

Now for why I as well decided to resign is because a guy who used to be a good buddy of mine which I supported and helped through a lot has just been a silent ghost in SAPD and sending shit to command about me. So this values agian what command are looking for when they want to promote people. They do not look for those key factors that I presented, but rather people who have a perfect attitude and goes around and writes nice essays on the forums of how you should do your job as a cop, while there is no leadership displayed. Instead those so called leaders will say in the radio "Code 3 to SU1" who none is really in a roleplay with. Only because on the MDC and the /area command it makes it possible to get a suspect. Which again is a fault by SAPD and the server for promoting the constant cops and robbers techniques which I wanted so bad to get rid of.

And yes, Argonath is going in the wrong direction whether you like it or not. Gang wars scripts, MMORPG kind of scripts like titles and things which is insignificant for a proper RP community. Now of course these are not the factors which is casting the main spell of why Argonath is really starting to sink, but it is things like IC/OOC which is contributing to this as well.

I couldn't care less what your friends are telling you about my posts. I know I'm in the right here and I'd even argue that I'm doing you a favor by not being your shoulder to cry on. That's never helped out anyone.
You could put a hundred of you against me on this matter. It would not make you right Salmonella. You can think and know that you're right because you're sitting there on your mighty little horse thinking you're the center of the f**king universe. You're not right at shit.

I do not even have education right now. Thus that I do not think Argonath will head into the right direction anymore.
:trust:
Anyways, best of luck with your future endeavours.

This topic does not need to go further.
Nigga you flip sides so much you might aswell be a f**king pancake; one week you're in a crime family, then the next one you apply for VCPD.
Untrustworthy, unhelpful, and simply quite a pain..
