I am not from IV:MP but my previous experience tells that the idea is also not needed and not useful at this point in time. Having two main law enforcement agencies for a server is probably the best way to go unless the playerbase drastically increases which requires additional law enforcement agencies to specialise in specific tasks. Otherwise IV:MP's LCPD and FBI are doing their jobs as best as they can and are not encountering any major issues which would require dramatic change/additions.

I'll repeat what I've said before, the men and women of the Argonath Police and FBI agencies have spent too many hours with training, reports, and actual duty to have you come in here and try to circumvent all of that with your ideas for some elite agency.

You are not qualified to run a group like this as you don't even have the basic training provided by the LCPD academy. To top it all off you're part of a criminal group and even announced complete lack of interest in pursuing a law enforcement career in Argonath.
