Dear Cadet,

We would like to inform you that you have taken your Session No.2 PURSUIT TACTICS.
However, we have noticed critical mistakes during the examinatory part and have decided to put you through extensive training to make sure that these mistakes are corrected before you progress any futher. You are to re-familiarize yourself with pursuit tactics, especially regarding Primary and Secondary units, when and how you should intercept a suspect.
You shall also re-familiarize yourself with VCPD Weapon Procedures.

Notes: For your examinatory part, I went off duty to commit a petty crime to see how you perform in a pursuit. You had a fairly able companion: ARPD Officer Martino Gonzalez.
1) For the entire pursuit you took no initiative to take the role of a secondary unit and attempt to interecept me. Instead, you kept on fighting with Martino for the primary unit status. You started forming convoys behind me which resulted in you two constantly crashing into one another. Pursuit Regulations clearly state that you do not form convoys behind the suspect and if there already is a unit behind the suspect, you diver to intercept. That is something you refused to do, and even when you were called out on it you kept blaming Martino. You have to understand that Martino is not part of the VCPD and he does not know our pursuit tactics, so if you see that he is behind the suspect, you should be the one to take initiative and intercept.
2) Re-read VCPD Procedures and Regulations, especially the Weapon Procedures. You have disregarded the said procedures by murdering me with your Shotgun without any prior warning when I was on foot and not of any threat to you. This is a harsh breach of regulations and is what mostly got you to extended training. The fact that you tried to argue with me that it was Martino who shot you when the script obviously shows that the kill came from you, is unacceptable.

Conclusion: You are to take extensive training before this session can be passed.

Unacceptable attitude towards and disrespect of a superrior. You were more than once told by me personally on several occasions to stop pestering command staff about your sessions. I made it quite clear that WE will be the ones to contact YOU, and not vice versa. Yet, you go out and employ highly unacceptable vocabulary against a member who's thrice the rank as you and has made great contributions to the VCPD, just because he refuses your sessions. The same "pig" will have a great say in your academy progress. The fact that you are unable to follow simple instructions, such as the fact that academy is not a one day thing and not to pester the command about your sessions, and the attitude employed in the screenshot above makes me question your being in the VCPD itself. Look at that screenshot and think how do you see yourself being an Officer with an attitude like that. Keep on doing shit like this and your stay here won't be very long. Since you seem to think be so good that you can pass the academy in a day and shit on our academy staff (as we heard in Session 2, when you were completely oblivious to pursuit tactics), failure in Session 3 will resut in severe consequences. I have personally apologized to sevrin regarding this act. I promise that I won't repeat this act in future. I will try to remain calm and cool in-game. I am really repenting on my act.
