VCPD | Reinstatement Policy
« on: December 07, 2017, 14:16:33 pm »
VICE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

Our duty, your life

Former Officers or above who were previously removed from the department under honourable circumstances (by resignation or transfer to another department) have a chance to be reinstated to their old rank or, if not possible, the closest rank to the one held prior to leaving.

The department reserves the right to temporarily place the officer under a lower rank for evaluation and probation prior to reinstating them to their previously held higher rank. In some cases the department also reserves the right to reinstate the officer to a lower rank for reasons deemed fit by the VCPD High Command.

The department also reserves a right to reject a reinstatement request under the mere basis that the officer's reinstatement would not bring any significant benefit to the department.

Every reinstatement application will be judged on its own basis and based on the circumstances of the officer's leave.

How to get reinstated?:
Simply fill in an application like anyone else would, but tag the application title with [REINSTATEMENT]. Your application will be proccessed as a reinstatement request.
