What has happened?

Many of you might have been a little surprised seeing the current departments members list. Well, it was a neccessary evil.

I have purged the members list of those who I have deemed inactive, incompetent or otherwise failing to live up to the expecations of the server and the department. This includes those who think they can get away with doing whatever the hell they want with complete disregard to regulations when they think I am not looking, those who think it's okay not to respect your comitments or neglect your duties.

Over the course of the last month i've been constantly warning people that this will happen if things do not start improving. Not only Cadets, but officers of the department themselves who had graduated the academy and were supposed to set an example to the rest were caught breaking the procedures, slacking and otherwise crippling the department, setting a horrible example to the cadets and creating a negative view of the department. I was aware of this, and I kept warning people to cease these activities. My warnings fell on deaf ears, so today, when more than half of the department neglected a mendatory training to try and improve the pathethic performance without any notice, I've grown tired of talking to a wall.

The department was purged. Anyone who has not made any significant contribution or has been deemed as underperforming has been fired or otherwise removed. One command staff member was warned. Citizen complaints do not fall under deaf ears. I hear them, and I act upon them.

This is not the first time we were forced to almost completely wipe the members list and start a new. We'll make it.
This shall serve as a stern warning for future officers. Do not think you're untouchable.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the prime example of the cancer that's been removed with its very roots from the department. Cancer stemming from the year 2012, when it was considered acceptable to be cancer and turn the whole department into a little cancer circle jerk. Too bad that medical advances have made it possible to remove such cancer from the department.
Cancer shall never return and shall take their shit somewhere elsewhere.
