No it's just because this:
For example today it was a kidnap and there was briefing in LSPD garage.No one listened what tactics i offered i got answer by fbi agent: SHUT UP PETER!..

Good luck mate As to being an FBI Agent or a Sergeant, leave Stracci then you have a better chance

About No one listen u, and FBI Agent shout that: Because FBI is leading the operation, and btw no one ask for sniper spots.

FBI may be higher IRL, but in argonath not, but they are if they lead the 207,
then you should listen to them
and if you want to become FBI or a Sergeant like me, you must leave Stracci,
else you are not allowed that high in SAPD, and FBI doesnt allow any crime at all

You can be cadet, when you are in Stracci.
Lieutenant and higher cannot be in criminal group.
Ranks are: Free Officer->Cadet->Officer->Senior Officer->Sergeant->Lieutenant->Captain->Deputy Chief->Chief

You can't become a Officer or Senior Officer in one day Peter. There's a process to go through, you first need to be accepted as Cadet by captains +, then you have to go through both trainings and gain experience to be an officer. When captains + see that you are ready to become an officer they will test you. If you pass the test then you are promoted to officer. Note that all of this takes time.

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we are the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
