Ye, nice idea.

But not only with bikes, maybe we can make some fast civil cars to police car.
Like a full white buffalo would be nice as highway patrol cruiser. As in real life
the highway patrol cars sometimes sport cars like a chevrolet camaro.

I do like that idea, I was thinking of a special pursuit unit only the best of the best drivers can be accepted to join and they come in when officers cannot catch a suspect or if the suspect is driving from ls to lv to sf and round again.
