I build models and skins and I don't see how you can get the same thing with out Car HP hacks, what the light mod literally does it break one light fixes it then breaks the others and repeats. Then all the secondary lights feeding off that headlight do the same. Do with out breaking and remaking I don't see how it could work I tried myself, It would be nice to see it done. If this is real I can't wait.

Why can't someone just make it so that it forces the game to display additional lights, just as if the top light-bar was in that location? :P

Well i believe in this and it can be made with cleo! When i sit in thd passenger seat of a copcar and i put the car light mod on and the carheal isnt 100 it doesnt restore it.

A dff doesnt change the handling if you keep it on the standard. And a siren dff file doesnt change a car handling

A .dff file is the model, it doesn't contain the handling information.
