I don't see how thats illegal in Argo.
It's not like a random minigun from his head comes up and ends up shooting everyone

Every thing that gives you an adventage on other players its ilegal and that mod, make you able to know what gun other players have.

Well, it is not really an arrest, but it was sick.

We received a call of a suspect at City Hall shooting at the police. All our units responded immediately and we were at the scene within 30 seconds. When we arrived there, we thought he was standing at the roof of the Cityhall. Well, we were right, but he was at the top of the Cityhall. We flew to the top with the helicopter with 4 units in it, when we were at the top two units jumped out, including me. The suspect jumped off the building and pulled out his parachute, so did I. The suspect landed at a building under the highway at Little Mexico. The man openened fire at us again and jumped off a house, that gave us the opportunity to neutralize him.
