Where is Police reports topic ?

Once , if saw police reports topic , but now i just see : SAPD squads and Subdivisions .  even they give me a link , it says : An error have been occured or w/e , it says it's missing or out of limits , where the hell is it ?  i really want it , i get excited when i read these reports

Arnold, these files are restricted so criminals can't see them. If you want to see him, you need to become Officer first.
