I'm sorry to say, but the laws specifically state that protests are only legal and allowed if you follow the explicit rules on them. You didn't have a set date/time for start or finish, and you were blocking a public roadway. Both of those are illegal, and you refused to cooperate with police when they asked you to disperse. That is not brutality. They are doing their jobs. :cop:

If you have any issues with police brutality, please report them immediately. If you wish to safely and legally protest the ARPD, please follow the laws regarding so. Have a nice day!

That is where you go wrong, you're missing the point of this video and topic. Take a look at this excerpt of the laws

When the police officer is NOT allowed to use guns:

3) Against an unarmed attacker, the officer can use only hand to hand combat, or the
Nightstick.          (except if the situation is like point (1) )

4) Against idle/not moving suspect, the officer is not allowed to use guns, only body force or nighstick is allowed.

(if the suspect is holding a weapon, but not moving, an other unit must cover the officer who is taking action)

5) Do not use firearms against a group (e.g Protestors). Firearms are to be used against a single suspect provided the weapon usage requirements are met.

This was definetley abused in the last clip.

Wait you forgot the first part of the video, where you were 10-15 guys with weapons walking on the streets, there was the deputy cheif, 2 Lt. and like 10 officers and couple of FBI agents present who all told you to put your weps away, like always you guys refused and when you got suspected for not complying, what did you do? put your hands up?

NO, you started shooting back, and took 2 FBI and 1 officers down, but luckly we had alot of cops and we killed all of you, then you come back again without weps, you were told to go away, and the rest is on the video.

So next time, just lisen to orders and you can avoid shit like this.

After being in the community for a long time, do you honestly expect us to comply? we're criminals, obviously we're gonna fight back. That's the difference, there are no set rules on me except the civilian laws, and by breaking them that's what puts us aside from civilians and makes us criminals, that's what gives you your job. But for cops, you have actually have laws that you MUST follow to not get fired from your job. These laws are broken every day, and no action is taken.
1. You are not protesters. Your protest was not legal, therefore you are rioters.
2. Rioters are a possible threat to life and property. Firearms may not be allowed to be used on you, but pepper spray, fists, and nightsticks are. Regardless, your situation was highly illegal and defeated the whole purpose of your own event by contradicting it's own validity. If you wish to report any officers for wrong-doing as a result of misuse of their firearms, I ask you to please do so. Aside from that, your gathering was illegal and police had all the right to make an attempt to arrest and/or stop you.

I'll accept that as an admission of guilt to rule breaking.

If you want to get technical, they did not shoot at people who were "protesting" since you didn't legally set a protest up to constitute this event as a protest therefore the laws you exhibit as your evidence are invalid.

Well Lt Wayne suspected you for Rioting, and it was not, so I suspected you for Impeding the Flow of Traffic, Valid. Congratulations :)
I checked forums, SA event and winners. before taking any action...
No topic made.
You can see at first part of video where i stand still like afker.. I alt tabbed to check forums.

I asked ALOT of times to stop rioting, and move somewhere else they didn't listen.

i had to suspect them and i still gave them time to get off the road and stop rioting so i can unsus them.
(advanced part of video, there had more parts)
They resisted..
I used baton, hitted a few times then waited...

The freecops used shotgun/weapons, Some officer used them too, I warned him to not to!

Now you tell me: any procedures i broke?

Gratz , i thought you could do better than just suspect and shoot non armed/moving suspects ...
yes i can do better indeed, that's why i'm higher then you.
Get lost and analyze situation better.
Watch the video thousands of times and tell if i really used shotguns or weapons.
You sound like just a criminal moaner, not a fine cop.
Fix your attitudes.
I used baton

I told freecops to not use weapons against rioters, but i'm not able to order them! they can follow what i say if they want.

Why is this topic not locked yet? It is only making clear how ignorant criminals are to make us look bad just because they are a bunch of moaners. If this topic stays under further discussion, more and more people will argue about who is right or wrong and eventually only flaming and angry faces are going to come from this... Requesting Topic Lock...

It is not a matter of criminal vs cop moaning.. There are multiple issues and yes criminals have fair points sometimes. Both sides needs to realize we're here to have fun on the server, not whine and complain... locked.

Some things to make clear.

- SAPD WILL NOT engage with heavy weapons to suspects only riotting.
- SAPD HAS NO CONTROLL over freecops (as stated by Wayne).
- SAPD is therefore not RESPONSIBLE for the actions of individual freecops.
- SAPD can suspect you when illegally protesting (when it has not been justified by a court or government).
- SAPD can treat you as a criminals when you FAIL TO COMPLY TO ORDERS of a police officer. This way you cannot use the argument of "you use force against people who riot". But instead we use force against people who FAIL TO COMPLY.
- SAPD - ARPD, will act on illegal riots like it would be going in real life.

If an individual uses force thats misused and abusive, DO NOT judge police force as a whole. This is actually a big mistake, like im explaining.
We will not give a listening ear to continues moaners about abusive cops without clear evidence.

Thanks Car :)
