How Exactly do you get those passports people are talking about and what does it do?

Passports are for people who have been here at least a week. It grants you the ability to become a citizen of Argonath and gives you the rights to buy a house / hotel room. Passports and Drivers Licenses are the key to everything in Argonath.
To obtain one, Simply contact an admin after playing 7 days or contact a CMB admin in game (I am one). You will need some basic server knowledge to gain it, because a test is involved.

Also, Your signature is incorrect.
You are not an SAPD Officer, Especially if you do not even have a passport. So technically you a security guard.

Just to make the Ranking System clear:

Freecop with Security guard rights; this is your rank, you have not obtained a passport and thereby has no acces to other skins and are limited to the security guard skin and around 60 Rounds of Deagle, 250 Spray and the nightstick.

Freecop; This rank is for players who have obtained a passport and have all the police skins available, the amount of Deagle Ammunation depends on the skin, Every skin exept the security guard skin has 300 rounds of Deagle, 250 Spray and the nightstick.

Cadet; This rank is for players that are accepted into the SAPD cadet program and are officialy member of the SAPD. They are monitored and have more to say in the SAPD decisions and chattering (not as much to say as an officer though) They have no different acces to skins and weapons then freecops.

Officer; This rank is for players that have passed their officer exam and have acces to more weapons. The now have 300 Deagle, 180 SMG, 250 Spray and the nightstick. They have more to say.

Senior Officer; This rank is for Officers who have proved theirself worthy and have been given a higher rank. The only thing changing is that they have more to say.

Sergeant; This rank is for the 24/7 Officers who always have to be available and have walot to say. They can unsuspect suspects when it's need.

Luitenant; This rank is for Officers who have proven theirself worthy and are accepted into the SAPD Command Staff, they can go UnderCover ( UC ) And they have alot to say, for example taking the lead in a Kidnap ( 207 ) situation.

Captain; This rank is for Officers who are able to take the lead well and are able to take the lead of a Police Departement. They have VERY much to say in the SAPD and they must be shown respect and loyalty ( that also counts for Officers+ ).

Deputy Chief; This rank is for Officers who take the lead over the SAPD when there is no Chief online.

Chief; This is the highest rank in the SAPD, the Chief has command over the entire SAPD and make ALL the decisions for it.

Get a passport, get a drivers license, apply for Cadet, get accepted, become Officer and work your way up.

I now advise you to remove the ARPD bar, maybe use the card I made!

looks like someone had free time on there hands or wait, you copied this somewhere i think i seen it before on arpd website. :P
