It already has.

Observation is a major part of this, jumping right into the tests can bring inaccurate results.

ARPD includes freecops, as it is the Argonath RPG Police Department.

SAPD is the official division of the ARPD for the San Andreas region. SWAT is a subdivision of the SAPD.
FBI is a part of the ARPD, but not the SAPD.

Shawn_Edwards is a freecop and if wise should stop trolling these forums...
