Sorry, I am not understanding something here, you are a Cadet and you are applying? If you mean with ''cadet'' a freecop, then you are NOT a cadet, a cadet is someone who made an application which got accepted and THEN you become a cadet. If you did have an application and you currently are a cadet, you do NOT have to re-apply, unless you were fired or you re-assigned.

Ok till I check your IG rank here is what I think you are trying to say. "I am a freecop aspiring to be a cadet and I have not made an application before". That's what I think you mean I have no Idea Also If you had an old application Please post a Link to it.
