The chance of surviving a single .50 calibre shot is not immensely high.
The chance of surviving a single shot from a lower calibre weapon to the forehead is also not immensely high.

Thus, surviving a .50 calibre shot to the forehead is nigh on impossible.
.. thus, surviving that and also surviving "100" other .50 calibre bullet wounds is, quite frankly, impossible.

Made up stories are one thing, but you're not the terminator. :3
