Title: FOIA - [Closed/Succeeded] Drug Traffic - VC to SA

Over the last six months myself and a few FBI agents have been investigating crates at San Fierro docks containing drugs, which have a possible connection with those IDENTICLE crates at Viceport. We have narrowed it down to those two areas, kept watches and questioned suspects. But we have had no success. I closed the case around 3-4 months ago and i am now re-opening it as a new FBI has been formed in VC.

I would kindly ask those FBI agents who have access to transport and who can possibly get to San Andreas would help me in trying to finnally once and for all solve this case.

Dave will be in charge of the case and is started with the investigation.
He wil stay in touch with Rusty and me, and will let us also know when he needs our help (for contacts, rights in SA,etc).
When the case is opened, you (the FBI agents) will start to work.
Appointments,discussions,reports will be posted here then.

the contacts in VC,evil and elite, were arrested yesterday and I know thanks to the interrogation that their drugs comes from SA.
Dave and I will go to SA to investigate the case together with the SAPD and FBI of SA.
Your job, FBI agents, is to keep an eye in VC.
Follow evil and elite, pay extra attention to suspicious guys,places,...
Rusty will lead the case in VC ofcourse.

Post by: JDC on August 12, 2008, 11:10:16 am: We got into their ship, which was deserted then (exactly same one as in VC, I was shocked :lol: ), and we found some stuff. I also opened a box using a picklock I found at the ship's starboard (which I learned to use back when I hung out with dealers before ARPD days). But before I got to know what the stuff is, I had to go, as I thought my mom was back (it was 12:30 midnight).

I usually play from 10:00 AM CET to 3:00 PM CET on Mon. to Fri, and an extra 1 hour (ending on 4:00 PM CET) on Fridays and days with no class after but with class the day after the next. On weekends, my schedule is random from 12:00 midnight CET to 4:00 PM CET.

SAPD and FBI of SA are working very good with us :).
I don't think corleone mafia is involved in this however SAPD is keeping an eye on them.
But we focus on other mafias in SA.
In VC elite and evil can better watch their back.. ;)

The whole process was a complete mess MIB, Evil and Moneris kept interferring with it so i called it short and went straight to the point of asking him. Really pissed it didn't go down as i planned.

Or he is the contact in SA! and deals in VC...
I think we have enough evidence against evil for an arrest (like cop posted), not?
But I suggest to wait until we know sure that we don't miss any contacts in SA.
Then we plan a big arrest...
The traditional way which works with an undercover cop, Snake.
Snake makes an appointment with evil for a big deal in SA (why in SA? if we can't find out if he has contacts there or not, snake tells him to bring all his 'buddy's' with him and if he comes alone or with 'buddy's' then we know it too).
Ofcourse we don't work alone, SAPD and the FBI of SA will help, do the arrest.
Snake, you are undercover and you stand with evil, you give a sign to SAPD,SWAT or FBI of SA on teamspeak or with a code when they have to arrest him(also make screenshots for evidence ofcourse!!!),...(the police of SA will tell you that).
Dave can be help as FBI of VC in SA but our units are available in VC.
Why? If evil manages to go to the airport, he is allowed to leave SAMP and enter MTA:VC, he has to take the mexican skin to spawn at the airport of VC.(you can give that hint to evil then, it is nice RP'ing ;))
We,VCPD, will wait for him there :D.
Good on time, we surround the airport with SWAT(I'll inform Tony too),FBI units and other available VCPD officers.
Then he has no place to go.
Not so good is that I go to Turkey tomorrow till the 24st of august and we have worked well on the case so it is very possible that the big deal/arrest will go on during my holiday.
But I'll inform SAPD,Tony(evil is member of SWAT so I won't post it on SWAT board ofcourse....).
There is also a big change that I will be able to go on the internet in Turkey so I will be able to follow the arrest on forums.
But if I am not able, I hope I have given enough instructions...
Make a good,clear appointment when you are ready to, inform SAPD on time (best dpt.chief Pancher [email protected]) and co-director of FBI of SA Wolfe so they can prepare too.
Organise it on time and well, let Tony know it too.
I can only tell them that something like that will go on, but I don't know when, you will ;).
Rusty will lead the case in VC, Dave in SA as FBI:VC agent, Cop will take my place,in charge of VCPD, snake as undercover cop and all other FBI:VC agents help ;).
But again, if I am able to go on the internet, you hear from me. :)

I asked him if Daniel was involved aswell he said "I don't Know... Maybe". Elite is now in FBI Witness Protection and will stand as a Witness in this investigation. All Charges againest him will be dropped for his Testimony at Court. Seems Elite played a small task in this but was in connection with "Big Players".

Daniel knows that the police is busy with something like what we are doing and there is already a case on him..
But it is very good information, we know where to search now..
Corleone is a very big mafia, but we can do this.

They seens to don't work with Stracci, but btw they have a high conection with Andretti family (i didn't find out what kind of business they were doing b/c my Game crashed when we were on the club).

I didn't saw any business or convo with any Corleone member btw.

One time, undercover as [WTF]WeeD_BoY, I was able to execute an entrapment operation, thus nabbing one of the [SM] Dealers. As I was about to ask him where his supply came from, he was shot dead by a sniper in a black sports car which sped away. After then, it was only now that I found out about the Corleone-[SM] Link.

Corleone and SM is pure SA I think, not important for us,VC, but for SA it can be very usefull so JDCdes good work, you can send that information to the FBI of SA, it will be aprreciated and you will get more change to join FBI of SA ;).
I have been kidnapped by corleone, (I did most of the work, I went to them during a fireparty with the SAPD :rofl:).
I did that to gain information, I was armed to protect myself maybe but they were with too much.
At the end the SWAT team of SA could assault and I could escape.
I have made alot of screenshots which can be and probably will be used in the courthouse against them.
It is no information for this case but we can gain information with it, how?
Contact daniel-corleone and tell him that we won't use the information about the kidnap in the court if he will give use information about drugscontact of SA and VC, what do you think?

I took screenshots for evidence and was intending to ask for a courtcase but then I got on idea.
Stracci are not big friends with corleone, but they might be able to help.
I made an appointment with Betty-stracci and made a deal.
If she helps me,the police with gathering evidence against corleone and helping on that way solving this big case, she won't get (much) problems with the police.
I need still approval of the FBI chief ofcourse.

One day, I was walking out of Cluckin Bell after my short 2 hour shift, when I recieved a call. I heard a voice that has not been heard since I left Vice City, and I recognized it to be Mc, formerly known as McSforza and now known as [WS]JustMc. He was asking me if I had any drugs, so remembering the drugs that I squeezed out of Members of the Serbian Mafia ([SM]), I decided to meet with him under the docks at Santa Maria beach.

On the way, I called up Captain Legend of the SA:PD. I told him to deploy some units around the perimeter, which he agreed to. I also told him to move in on my signal. After that, I arrived at Santa Maria beach. I gave him 16 weeds and 7 heroin, so he gave me $900. Upon the handing over of the money, that was the signal for Captain Legend and the SA:PD to move in. (I got kicked for flooding in the process of giving drugs and when I came back) By the time I returned, Mc surrendered to the SA:PD. I was arrested by Captain Legend for Drug Dealing, although he released my cuffs and set me free after Mc had gotten out of the area. We then proceeded to DPD for the interrogation.

Upon entering DPD, we sat down in the interrogation room. Agent Chase_Greggor of the SA FBI walked in and lead the interrogation. When we asked him about the suppliers, he told them that I was his supplier, which, of course, was true.

Mc == Me == Serbs == Corleone Mafia

Agent Greggor then asked Mc if he knew about a City named Vice City, to which he said yes. After that, Agent Greggor asked about Mc's suppliers and if he has any other suppliers aside from me. Mc then mentioned one thing: The Sforza Mafia. He also said that they were the ones supplying him drugs from Vice City. I also have a small Hunch that they use Corleone's ships for smuggling, or have their own ships. I also recall them having a drug business.

Corleone Mafia -- Sforza Mafia == Mc == Me == Serbs == Corleone Mafia

or

Sforza Mafia == Mc == Me == Serbs == Corleone Mafia

The Sforza Mafia may also be involved in the trafficking that we are trying to investigate.
That's my guess for now...

Evil joined another gang, Petrova (Or Tattaglia changed name). So did Elite. I was there for hours and didn't find too much (probably because none Corleone member was online).

Got the confirmation that they work with heroine and that Petrova do business with Corleone.

FBI of SA is not so busy with the case,but they help when we ask too and my 'helper' in stracci can't do anything until the permission of FBI director of SA which I still don't have...

If they are in a mafia, they are stronger(easier to get help) but a mafia is not needed.

Talked with elite, corleone mafia is not involved in drugsbusiness according to him.
But he is, he supplies from San Fierro, deals in whole SA and in VC.
I want to do a huge deal with him in both cities, and snake is my 'buddy'.
Daniel is smart, he has problems with stracci, police already, does other business, drugsbusiness also is too risky.
Elite can do what he want but daniel doesn't want to take part in his business.
Evil is also involved.
So we can't help SAPD with corleone I am afraid.
But we can bust a drugsbusiness that is a little bit in the name of corleone because they wear tags.
My undercover name is 'Centurio',
if Elite bites,wants to deal we will do a deal in VC with him,without busting him and then one in SA, where he will be busted with the help of SAPD.
What do you think?

Elite and Evil are involved,active in SA and in VC.
Drugs comes from San Fierro and is dealed in whole SA.
Drugs is transported also to VC.
Elite and Evil are now (Trial) Corleone members and that is the only link with the corleone mafia in this case according to the words of Elite against Centurio(the undercover skin of FBI:VC(we) more info in other topic).
So there is a drugsbusiness and we found it out very fast.
It can be become bigger, why?
Elite and Evil joined now a big mafia in SA: the mafialeader,daniel, doesn't want to help/work in this drugsbusiness(probably because he has already problems enough and he isn't stupid) now, it can be temporary,it can change and before we know, a huge drugsbusiness is there.
Sforza ((((mafia)))) is clean.

double appointment.
One in VC and one in SA.
The one in VC is for the final evidence, so we will deal really, no arrest there, but many screenshots. ;)
In SA the SWAT team of SA stands ready and in VC units stand also ready.
We will try to arrest them in SA, but they can escape to VC and that is why units have to stand by.
"Centurio" will be in VC maybe and in SA for sure.
Centurio is our undercover account, more info on other topic.
His cover cannot be blown so he can be arrested too, but in court he won't show up, he escaped then.
A court in SA will follow then later.
This is the plan for the future of this case :cop:

Post by: Snake on October 03, 2008, 05:01:22 am: That's it, we had the deal on VC. "Centurio" couldn't come online, so i did it alone. Everything was normal, I paid 5k for a briefcase with coke, Some weed and heroin also.
Now, i already planned with them. Tomorrow, deal at SA. Centurio will be there for sure, and that will be the end of line for both, we hope.

By the way, the drugs from this deal are safe at Sunshine Autos right now, i'll be transfering this to VCPD HQ ASAP.

This deal will end as an arrest, and centurio will run, so elite won't know that centurio is undercover, police wasn't able to catch him at the end. ;)

Then, around 3 hours later Elite said he could join, but for some reason, both servers (MTA:VC and SA:MP) are down for me (they still are at the time i'm posting this). So i can't even go on MTA do to admin work...

By the way, neither Dave nor Rusty were online...

For now, we have the meeting planned for tomorrow (Friday, 10), at the same time, 21 CET. Hopefully we won't have any issues with conection and the server.

But, on a MSN convo i had with them, they think Centurio set it up. We should, by some way, make them believe Centurio isn't a cop.

By the way, they still believe in me as not ARPD. Some cops should jail me too (in MTA:VC or SA:MP, doesn't matter) and bring me to court with them, so that they will be sure i'm not ARPD.
