Introduction
San Andreas Sheriff's Department, also referred to as the SD, is an old Sheriffs Department with a long, deep history and traditions, that ceased to exist in 2012. The department operated for roughly a year and has been one of the most successful and recognized unofficial police groups in the history of Argonath. We've first opened as Bone County Sheriffs Department in 2011, 13th of December, by Sheriff Huntsman (Max.Cipone at the time) and Assistant Sheriff Adam.Cipone. The department has steadily grew in numbers and recognition, as it enforced quality roleplay in the county, co-operating with official departments to uphold the law. Following a misfortunate set of circumstances, the department has been closed in 2012, only to re-open in 2016. In April of 2016, the department has been renamed to San Andreas Sheriff's Department
The department's main area of operations are the entire San Andreas countryside We wish to build a friendly, yet professional environment in our department. Our motto has always been to have fun, but stay professional. We are looking forward for any potential recruits. We do not care about your expierience or date of registration - as long as you are willing to learn, roleplay and comply with the rules of both the server and the department, as well as the universal rules of the ARPD and SAPD, We are looking forward for what you can bring into our department.

Rules
1. Respect and mutual coaporation, no-one is above anyone, respect should be given to everyone and should be expected from everyone.
2. When reporting yourself on the radio, you have to report yourself with the form of SAPD RANK/BCSD RANK to avoid confusion and misinterpretation.
3. Do NOT abuse your SASD position. Always remember that SASD ranks are only internal, and that outside SASD your rank has no authority value.
4. Use SASD callsigns to avoid confusion between SAPD and SASD units.
5. We do not prohibit you from patrolling city jurisdrictions. In fact, we encourage you to patrol them if there is a substantial lack of units present. However, whatever your patrol area is, you should always remain in character as a Sheriff's Deputy, use our uniforms, callsigns and vehicles. Also keep in mind that shall you spend too much time in the city, that can and will be taken as lack of interest and dedication to the Sheriff's roleplay. Such assumptions may lead to removal from the SASD.
6. Be aware of, know and use SAPD callsigns.
7. Follow the SAPD Chain of Command outside of SASD. Make sure to not neglect your SAPD duties such as desk work if you're SAPD Cadet +.
7.1. SAPD Cadets are not excluded from having to undergo SAPD academy.
8. SASD units shall use the text "SHERIFF" in capitals as their default and prefered /carsign.
9. No member of San Andreas Sheriff's Department shall enter Angel Pine without the permission a Flint County Liberation Army authority-representative. Deputies are free to patrol Flint County, however, they are to follow the conditions of the Peace Treaty found here (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=116811.0). This rule is in effect from 2016-05-31 to 2016-06-10. The rule will be reviewed and adjusted according to the situation at the given date

We are sad to announce that we have reached a decision to remove Recruit Devon. from the Recruitment Wave #1 for the following reasons:
*Failure to meet expectations.
*We do not condone offensive attitude towards other Deputies.
*Failure to follow guidelines, even after instructions were given personally.
Comment:
I am very disappointed that even after my direct notice to you yesterday to stop patrolling city jurisdrictions unless it's a C30 so you can provide sufficient backup if a situation arises that require your attention in the county, you still went with your way to keep being of no use for the department by constantly staying in Los Santos. Your actions have led to you being completely useless in a county-wide pursuit with C30 suspects yesterday and I've gathered that you have failed to respond to a situation properly because of the same exact reason today as well. Resorting to offensive behavior because of your lack of professionalism and skills to navigate across the counties is something we do not accept as well. You have failed to meet our expectations as you seem to greatly lack expierience overall, failing to maintain sufficient level of communication with the rest of the team and your knowledge of the counties seems to be lacking as well. Hence I have taken the decision that serving in a county department is not for you. I advice you to either gain more expierience first and join a metropolitan department instead. Thank you for your interest, though.

You talked with me yesterday about not patrolling in the city, and since your 15 minutes of being online today I have not been on duty whatsoever. So how you came to the conclusion that I failed those orders is beyond my comprehension. At the end of the day, Huntsman has got to be one of the most Power hungry, dictator like leaders I have seen in this server. Talk about someone who wants full control. God have mercy, this is a Argon RPG not North Korea. You can type all the reasons in the most official and fancy way you like but at the end of the day, the reason I was dropped was for not being up BCSD's ass 24/7 and for not sitting idle at a little boring base for 6 hours of my playing time. When I sit at BSD for an hour and nothing goes on, of course im going to go off duty and find something else to do. This branch probably wont last long anyways, not with a leader like Huntsman.

As for the offensive attitude with other deputies, you have been observed to offend a member out of the blue because of what has been your own fault. I am referring to your most recent pursuit in Bone County. Despite of having logged in recently, there are other deputies who inform me of your performance over Skype, this is an evaluation period overall, under which we either find you suitable or not. In this case we found you unsuitable, as you do not seem to have the dedication for the Sheriff roleplay that we expect you to. You have to understand that this rule has been there since like three days ago, and you knew what you were getting into and what is expected from you when you applied. So the only logical explanation for your inadequate response is the fact that you did not read the rules upon applying, which is even more of the reason for me to have you removed. Now, I would appreciate if this is where we draw the line and this conversation ends. The way I deal with this organisation is being monitored by the SAPD Command. If you think that the way I lead BCSD is unsuitable in any way, go ahead and direct your concerns to them. Thank you very much.
On a side note, I do not really think you are in any position to judge me or my leadership skills after being in the BCSD for roughly twenty four hours and having spent like two percent of that time actually working with the team.

Due to the fact that we've been patrolling all the counties, not only Bone County, and due to the amount of activity brought into the county, the Bone County Sheriff's department is to be renamed to San Andreas Sheriff's Department. This change has been arranged with the SAPD Captain Celso Williams.
We are also aware that a group with such names has recently existed, however, the group leader has personally informed the Sheriff that he has closed his group and has even made offers for us to take over the group.

My brother lives abroad, and he rarely comes back home, this whole week I've been focusing on spending time with him hence why I haven't been that much active on Argonath. Had the same problem. Uninstall your ped.ifp or reinstall the whole GTA SA and run it clean.

Date:12-05-2016 Time: 22:46:25
Today's patrol was calmed and everything went fine. I was patroling with senior officer Solis. We've patroling north San Andreas [El Quebrados, Las Payasadas,Las Barrancas and Fort Carson (+surrounds)].
First we went to patrol in Fort Carson(+surrounds), there was everything calmed, very low activity.

Hi there,
I am sorry to disappoint you guys again, and thank you for giving me a chance, but I guess I failed to foresee that I would not be able to actively contribute to the SAPD anymore.
I am currently at the peak of graduation exams. I am finishing school and will work for the rest of the summer. Once that's over, I'm going to serve my conscription to the army.. As you see, unfortunately I am no longer a teenager with a lot of time on his hands and have adult responsibilities to face. I am sorry to have wasted the chance given to me and wish to announce that I hereby resigning from the SAPD.
I am not going to disappear, I will still be around, it's only that I do not have time for something as time-requiring as SAPD. I will be online from time to time, but you'll probably see me as a civilian.
As for the SASD, I am handing over the complete leadership to SASD Assistant Sheriff / SAPD Officer Lisa Taylor. SAPD Chief may put someone else in charge if he thinks that my decision is inadequate.
Thank you guys, I had a fun time!

STATEMENT REGARDING FLINT COUNTY LIBERATION ARMY
San Andreas Sheriff's Department aknowledges the peace treaty made between United States of Argonath and Flint County Liberation army on 2016-05-30. As a result of the mentioned peace treaty, Sheriff of San Andreas County, Maxwell "Huntsman" Adams launches a conditional Rule #9, which takes effect immediately under the release of this document, and will be suspended for reviewal on 10th of June.
Rule #9: No member of San Andreas Sheriff's Department shall enter Angel Pine without the permission a Flint County Liberation Army authority-representative. Deputies are free to patrol Flint County, however, they are to follow the conditions of the Peace Treaty found here (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=116811.0). This rule is in effect from 2016-05-31 to 2016-06-10. The rule will be reviewed and adjusted according to the situation at the given date.
