NOTICE OF REMOVAL

We are sad to announce that we have reached a decision to remove Recruit Devon. from the Recruitment Wave #1 for the following reasons:

*Failure to meet expectations.
*We do not condone offensive attitude towards other Deputies.
*Failure to follow guidelines, even after instructions were given personally.

Comment:
I am very disappointed that even after my direct notice to you yesterday to stop patrolling city jurisdrictions unless it's a C30 so you can provide sufficient backup if a situation arises that require your attention in the county, you still went with your way to keep being of no use for the department by constantly staying in Los Santos. Your actions have led to you being completely useless in a county-wide pursuit with C30 suspects yesterday and I've gathered that you have failed to respond to a situation properly because of the same exact reason today as well. Resorting to offensive behavior because of your lack of professionalism and skills to navigate across the counties is something we do not accept as well. You have failed to meet our expectations as you seem to greatly lack expierience overall, failing to maintain sufficient level of communication with the rest of the team and your knowledge of the counties seems to be lacking as well. Hence I have taken the decision that serving in a county department is not for you. I advice you to either gain more expierience first and join a metropolitan department instead. Thank you for your interest, though.

No idea what your talking about with "being offensive with other deputies" , Sounds like to me that deputy must have a soft heart. Well God bless your lttle heart deputy. And as far as the other. You talked with me yesterday about not patrolling in the city, and since your 15 minutes of being online today I have not been on duty whatsoever. So how you came to the conclusion that I failed those orders is beyond my comprehension. At the end of the day, Huntsman has got to be one of the most Power hungry, dictator like leaders I have seen in this server. Talk about someone who wants full control. God have mercy, this is a Argon RPG not North Korea. You can type all the reasons in the most official and fancy way you like but at the end of the day, the reason I was dropped was for not being up BCSD's ass 24/7 and for not sitting idle at a little boring base for 6 hours of my playing time. When I sit at BSD for an hour and nothing goes on, of course im going to go off duty and find something else to do. This branch probably wont last long anyways, not with a leader like Huntsman.

As for the offensive attitude with other deputies, you have been observed to offend a member out of the blue because of what has been your own fault. I am referring to your most recent pursuit in Bone County. Despite of having logged in recently, there are other deputies who inform me of your performance over Skype, this is an evaluation period overall, under which we either find you suitable or not. In this case we found you unsuitable, as you do not seem to have the dedication for the Sheriff roleplay that we expect you to. You have to understand that this rule has been there since like three days ago, and you knew what you were getting into and what is expected from you when you applied. So the only logical explanation for your inadequate response is the fact that you did not read the rules upon applying, which is even more of the reason for me to have you removed. Now, I would appreciate if this is where we draw the line and this conversation ends. The way I deal with this organisation is being monitored by the SAPD Command. If you think that the way I lead BCSD is unsuitable in any way, go ahead and direct your concerns to them. Thank you very much.

On a side note, I do not really think you are in any position to judge me or my leadership skills after being in the BCSD for roughly twenty four hours and having spent like two percent of that time actually working with the team.

Operation "Safe Bird"

Thanks for joining the Operation "Safe Bird" and help to provide better conditions towards our county deputies. You can check the full information about the operation here.

A task have been placed under BCSD response. That task can be found in the Operation report but I will explain here in this invitation.

BCSD should try to find dangerous spots around ALL way that we will pass. That report should be delivered to my Forum PM. After I check the information and approve it I will give you authorization to put it over the Operation "Safe Bird" report.

RECRUITMENT STATUS

Following the opening of RS5.2, and the fact that we require more units at the county now, BCSD is now open for Recruitment Wave #2.
Applications are now open. We're anxiously waiting for new deputies!

We're happy to announce that the following Recruits have passed the evaluation stage and graduated Recruitment Wave #1 as BCSD Deputies:

ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear citizens of the counties of San Andreas,

Due to the fact that we've been patrolling all the counties, not only Bone County, and due to the amount of activity brought into the county, the Bone County Sheriff's department is to be renamed to San Andreas Sheriff's Department. This change has been arranged with the SAPD Captain Celso Williams.

We are also aware that a group with such names has recently existed, however, the group leader has personally informed the Sheriff that he has closed his group and has even made offers for us to take over the group.
