Re-opened due to shown interest.

He was behind me with a knife.

AirLiuzzi was pulled over for supposedly driving while intoxicated and when tested, AirLiuzzi mentioned how he was "P for Perfect" or a "0" on the breathalizer scale, yet you still attempted to arrest him despite his side of the roleplay going against your favor?

This, Mark

This also needs answering.

Conclusion to be made in a day or two if the officer does not answer.

Please remember that this report is against two officers and that I am still interested in having this report going against both of them, not just Mark Hansley.

I don't have any questions for the other officer.

My Statement

I didn't recognize "puurfect" as a valid breathalyzer score. The man was also acting deranged. In any case, this man was attemping to assault me with a deadly weapon.

San Andreas Police Department
07/10/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the September the 8th  2013, at 05:19 HOURS a report was submitted by AirLiuzzi as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Deputy Chief Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officers TinMan and Mark Hansley pulled over a man for allegeldy driving while intoxicated. Upon further review, Mark Hansley forced the breathalizer test in his favor which resulted a rigged, biased arrest. From here, AirLiuzzi allegedly assaulted an officer which resulted in the officers opening fire on him. Once he was suspected, he from here attempted to evade in his vehicle therefore legitimizing is potentially invalid suspection/crime. The point of the report was the fact that the officers opened fire on an unarmed civilian, however due to the accidental assault, that will be overlooked due to the nature and circumstances of the situation.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer [SCEMS]Mark_Hansley will be suspended from duty for a total of two (2) hours for improper handling of a suspect. ARPD Officer TinMan will have no action taken as there may have been mis-communication with the accidental assault which caused him to fire in defense of the other officer on the scene.

Both officers will be advised to not open fire on unarmed subjects so quickly in the future to prevent this type of occurrence from happening again.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Deputy Chief Mike Sangelo
