Description of events:
So, i was driving at Idlewood and heading to my house wich is at Idlewood, i parked my vehicle front of my house and entered to my property.
Two officer's stormed in my PRIVATE Property without a warrant and were keep asking me to get out of MY house and enter back to my vehicle...
I was keep asking them where is their warrant, and they told me that they don't need one to storm in my house....?
They forced me to get out of my property and enter back to my vehicle.
I forgot my stove open, so i asked officer's to get back to my house and turn it off.
They denied that to me, but i couldn't just wach my house get burned for nothing....so yeah i ignored officer order and i runned into my house to turn it off when i realized that it was too late and everywhere was fire.
Immidietly i called the Fire Department, then Police stormed in once again and asked me to get out and continue the traffic stop...
Anyway, i asked them to go on my room and pick up something very important for me and then Officer Derek Wallace told me that he will go to my room and pick it up for me.
I exit my burning house and tryed to continue the ''traffic stop''...
Basically, they never pulled me over while i was in the vehicle...my screen didn't appear any ''/M1'' message or anything to make me stop so i didn't...
But anyway, i came out of my building and enter to my vehicle and both officer's were keep screaming that i am under arrest.......but for what!!!!?
I was keep asking them why am i under arrest and i didn't got any logical answer.
They started spraying me while i was a ''CIVILIAN'' they didn't even /su me.
They beat me up till death while i was UNARMED...
They gave me 3 minutes to give up until the kill me.
This behavour from a SAPD Officer is unacceptable for my opinion.
And i would like if someone investigate this further.

So i am basically asking why all of this Police Brutality?
Why are they treating to me like i murder someone?
Aiming me with SMG-M4-Deagle's ? becouse i called the Fire Department and i was worrying about my house and i couldn't continue the traffic stop?
Moreover, since when Police storms in a Private Property without a WARRANT or at least a Valid reason?
I did NOT saw anything about /M1 or ''Stop'' or ANYTHING so i can actually PULL OVER, i heared NOTHING and i parked my vehicle properly and entered to my building, i just DON'T GET IT!

I am Derek Wallace,one of the officers that you have reported.
You were speeding in Idlewood, so we pulled you over with /m1 . After several warnings, you pulled over , right infront of your house. We told you to remain in your vehicle, that wasn't possible for you because you went straight to your house. We don't need a warrant to come at your house since you have escaped from our traffic stop. You claimed that your house was burning. I came there and you told me to take something from your room. Took it,handed it over you and headed outside. We pulled you over with /m1 more than 4 times. *logs can be checked, As I know, Kevin was also recording so he can show us the recorder*
We didn't /su you because we got orders to don't suspect people ONLY if they are shooting or in custody.
We applied the batton and pepper spray just because you were not COOPERATING, we are allowed to do this. We simply didn't killed you, sprayed you,warned you , like 5 times. We gave you "breaks" to put your hands in the air,didn't happend. When you were almost dead, we warned you to surrender 2 more times, then we killed you using the Pepper Spray

Heya Senior Officer Kevin Thompson here.
We pulled you over at Idlewood, you left your vehicle and we told you to get back in.
You ran inside your house and we ran behind you.
You were evading from us and you were lucky you were not arrested at that point.
We went inside your house cuz EVADING from the police is not allowed.
You caught you in the act so no warrant was needed for it.
We tried to talk with you about your driving and you decided to evade from us on foot.
We gave you enough chances to get back in your vehicle and yet you decided to play around with us, running inside your house and leaving it.
You left your house 3 times and left your car 3 times.
I was getting tired of you, evading us and we tried to arrest you in your house.
You then, evaded from us again and went outside.
I pulled a charge on you; Resisting arrest and shooting because you shot in the air couple of times.
LT Dylan Parker arrived and after 5 mins you were killed because of our pepper spray.
We never aimed an MP5 nor M4 on you, only a deagle for 30 secs.
We both went in with pepper spray and I used it on you once you moved.
You sadly died of it, next time listen to us and put your hands up.

Unfortunately, your character died before forwarding this report and since this is a roleplay-based section that completely cancels the fact that this complaint has been submitted under your name. On a side note, in order to clarify a few things for you:

This is reasonable and in accordance with the departmental vision.

They beat me up till death while i was UNARMED...

Non-lethal force can be used even to neutralize in case it appears that the person in question does not have any intention to comply with the orders of the officers.

I hope this has cleared these two things for you. For now, consider the report pending closure. However, I will be performing a few enquiries before that happens.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 6th of July 2015, at 18:49 CET a report was submitted by Anonymous as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Lionel Valdes

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The nature of the complaint nullifies the concept of roleplay, and ergo cancels its own validity.

-- In conclusion, no action is to be taken against the two officers.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
