Explanation of incident: Basically, I had been RPing a corrupt cop in a stolen uniform (for a matter of fact, Julien had seen me taking stuff from LSPD when I went on duty), I was wearing a mask, I found Monte and someone else in an alley way, I proceeded to rob their asses, I shot them both before leaving (they were still alive) and then chased Ellz who had pulled up and whitnessed the crime taking place, after catching up with Ellz, we chat, and I left, I could not be identified during any of this due to wearing my mask, not long after Julian Kolta asked me to come to his office in the LSPD, I did, we sat down and he started questioning me, he said the victims who I had robbed recognised my voice when I returned without my mask and such to 'help investigate' despite the fact that I did a /me explaining that I was putting on a different voice, anyway Julian rang Monte asking him to come to the LSPD to assist in his investigation, just after he got off his phone I proceeded to shoot his ass dead to prevent any further investigating going on, then, the dead cop Julian decided to straight up cop ban me in my eyes, without the necessary RP evidence, as he was dead and never RPed the LSPD having camerias (something Drix seems to insist).

I have tried to speak to Drix about this explaining that there is no physical RP evidence, but he insists that the LSPD has cameras which caught me, since this wasn't RPed by Julien or anyone else before or during this RP I argue that it cannot be the case, just as with the Argonath Courts, you are required to RP using a recording device for the evidence to count.

Below I give you a video (which was not RP recorded in anyway), I saved this video to protect my own ass incase Julien decided to say what I had done was death matching, even though I gave him plenty of time to be prepared for a shootout by RPing taking out my gun, I want this copban removed so that I can continue with my corrupt cop RP, and perhaps next time you guys can catch me in an RP manner, instead of just having some imaginary cameras in the LSPD, if you actually want to go down the path of having things which were not RPed, then I guess I had a fake skin mask covering my face hiding my identity during the LSPD shooting, right?

Since Drix insists that there is sufficient RP evidence to keep me copbanned, I come here to request it, and if it cannot be provided, I want my copban removed so that I can continue with my RP.

Also spoke to the management :
LSPD is a government building and it does logically have cameras, if not inside the office directly you would've seen entering inside the office together with Julian right after the incident. If LSPD wouldn't have no cameras then we'd be free to kill eachother everytime we're alone, like i wouldn't mind killing random officers because none was inside no witnesses!
It's not roleplay, i told you if you wanted to roleplay it you could've taken him some-where else and done the job on a different way.
Else then that Julian did indeed made a mistake by quickly cop-banning you, makes it seem as in revenge, he should've explained you what i said above. I will alert Sergeant Julian to do it next-time to avoid these kind of funny conflicts.
