I was driving around LV and passed the SWAT HQ when i noticed a bomb in front of the open garage door.
wtf? (This is an actual SA:MP object in Argonath, Not photoshoped)

He drags it with him into the water and dives slightly, attaching it to the car. He gets back up from the water and gets in the car and tows the car back up. He opens the trunk and grabs the bomb.*
