Actually the limitations of the custom title option is all mixed up, I remember I could use it when I had VCPD Senior Officer rank for MTA:VC, then when I went to Propaganda Captain, it was removed. Then I couldn't use it for VCPD Senior Officer on VC:MP, and then when I went to FBI Agent I could use it again... lol

So yeah its all messed up.

Yes, as Fabio has stated the custom title option varies depending on your rank. For SA:MP ranks though only Lieutenant and above can use it. Sadly, since we have no access to the area that can edit that nothing can be done. If you desperately need or want a custom title you can PM myself or anyone else who can edit it and we will see about adding it depending on what it is.

The warning is given - drop your double quotes if you have any in your username. Instead, replace them with pairs of single quotes ('' '') and it should be fine.
