Sacramento Sheriff And Police Chief Together

It's very, very rare to see these two together...especially in a picture!

This was taken from a memorial ceremony in 2008 that is a joint-event held annually for fallen officers of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and the City Of Sacramento Police Department, but the picture itself, especially for myself, is somewhat mind-blowing. Seeing the County Sheriff and the City Police Chief together is quite rare, even in other counties/cities across the United States. :cop:
