James is one of the best RPers and cops I have seen in game yet. He knows what he is doing to the fullest extent. He is very easy to get along with and hard working. He, by all means, listens to command. When I started SAST, I hired James. I didn't even have to train him, he already knew it all. He is just that good. He knows all the procedures and police laws. He is also a 10 code fanatic. He has taught me some 10 codes! Once I hired him, I saw how good he was. Now he is LS post commander and he is division leader for K-9. He has A LOT of potential in this police department. If I could recommend him a thousand times, I would. He is just awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. I believe that this will be the best cop in the department. To me, he stumps the other freecops. Hell, he can runs circles around cops that have been accepted to Cadet+ already. He is a good cop and a good friend.

Since I've started doing K-9 RP, I (and my dog, Rhino) have alerted to 137 grams of weed on traffic stops, He's bitten 3 suspects, and We've found 1 shotgun [12 shells] also on a traffic stop.

With full respect to the ARPD, I am requesting this person [SAST]James_Wilson to not be accepted into ARPD, actually, to be copbanned.

The story is I chased this suspect Tave_Gulucan, until the suspect SURRENDERED and I died in the same time. And then after several minutes I see [SAST]James_Wilson jailed Tave_Gulucan for 15 seconds. Where Tave_Gulucan was suspected for evading, and assault with fire arms. And as I asked [SAST]James_Wilson the reason for jailing Tave_Gulucan for only 15 seconds, He responds with a provoking attitude and said things that are inappropriate.

Therefore. I am requesting a copban on this Person [SAST]James_Wilson

omg, this guy again, Look, the suspect jumped on my car and did /gu, I asked him if he wanted an investigation or a quick jail, he said he just wanted a 15 sec jail. I checked his crime it said Aiding, not gusn or drugs or anything, AIDING, He was cooperative and gave me no problems so I said hey, what the hell, you've been cooperative, so I'll just give you a quick jail. Afterwards, this guy PMs me, saying why did you jail him for only 15 secs? I say basically it's none of your business, then he says in a commanding way "Explain yourself or you're getting copbanned" I /rank him and it says freecop, I do /admins and I don't see his name. He has no authority, I've probably been playing longer than him, and he has the audasity to threten me! Did he say over the radio to watch out for the SU? NO! Did he even say he was pursuing a SUS? NO! So, you damn right I laughed in his face. His wannabe stuck-up ass deserved it if you ask me! "Explain yourself" What a load of trash. He's the one who came to ME with an attitude.

2nd. I asked you nicely to explain why you jailed him for 15 secs. and you responded in a provoking and insulting behavior. Very immature side of you there.
3rd. He was suspected by another Officer : Corey_Alteris or something. And he was aiding his friend, and as we manage to blow his car up, he was on foot and opened fire at us with heavy fire-arms.

It's not about ME to get to jail the SUSPECT, but it's about the amount of seconds (15 seconds) that [SAST]James_Wilson jailed the SUSPECT for. He may be right it's not my business on how long you jail someone, BUT STILL i chased the suspect, and got killed in action. Therefore I do care about this one and I DON'T LIKE IT. Therefore I posted that copban request up there.

Paul, what rule did he break to get cop banned. What did he do? Yes he has an attitude because like ho said, you have NO authority. Don't command people. Actually, go report yourself, because for SAPD, one of the rules is listen to higher command, not BOSS them around like you did James. Brad is right, there are gaps, if you aren't going to tell the WHOLE truth, then don't post anything. It DOES NOT say in the police procedures that there is a set time. Also, YOU DIDN'T SUSPECT HIM, why are you even talking. He had nothing to do with you. If you chased him so be it, is suspecting officer is not on scene, then the person who 10-15s' the suspect and investigates him, gets authority to jail. Basically, don't report someone for something SO stupid, this is ridiculous. Someone need to quote this and put it on Paul's application. James, I trust that you did the right thing, I believe in your judgment until I am PROVEN, not like this crap, wrong, I will stay that way.

He jailed a suspect for 15 seconds that was suspected for Aiding, and also opened fire at officers. That is called abusing cop powers. He abused it by jailing a suspect that is worth a MUCH longer time in jail.
